The staff can speak English and are extremely helpful. Location is perfect - just a 10 min walk to the main square in town, Plaza Independencia. The helpful staff, the availability of wine on site, the maid service every second day, the location and the balcony were a definite plus. The staff, particularly the receptionist, Javier, were absolutely outstanding in helping us organize our visit.
