  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  I really loved this hotel!!! Staff is very kind and the receptionists helped me in everything... My room was cleant once a day and the room I stayed (double) is very nice.. two bathrooms, two LCD screens on the wall.. the air really works.. lol. We really had support about every single thing about the city, the transportation, about places to go... what people say » ..   I stayed at V&S for about 3 weeks while taking a Spanish course. The hostel is great. The staff is friendly (and fluent in English), the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable enough and the location is splendid. Decent WiFi as well.   It was nice and pleasant stay, close to the city center, reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection. Host was very helpful with instructions and emailed us prior to agree on exact time of arrival and arrange an early check-in. - We were very independent and feel just like home.

My room was very quiet but, as I expected, The Obelisk coulden't be seen from it. The room, the bathroom and decoration were a bit old and oldfashioned.   Good location. Efficient consisent staff(even when we arrived at 2am due to delayed flights etc); would book transfers to airport and tell you exactly how much it would cost. Lots of choice of food at breakfast time. - Clean hotel, rooms of good size and standard. Breakfast had lots of choice. Free wifi and inet.
