We took a bus from El Calafate, and the bus dropped us in front of the hostel, 1 block from the hotel which was very convenient. Staffs were friendly, but the room was ordinary. Breakfast was good considering the price and especially when compared to other places we stayed at in Argentina. A true, family owned hospedaria with rooms that are very cozy and warm
with excellent views of the Fitzroy range. We also loved the simple
decorative touches that made it so much more comfortable than other
places we have stayed at. There are only 3 rooms, so it is also nice and
quiet. We really enjoyed the fact that it wasn't your usual hostel.

We'd always order too much to eat for dinner at the town's
restaurants, and the hotel owners let us keep the leftovers in their
fridge. When we wanted to eat the food for lunch, they microwaved the
food for us, gave us plates and silverware, and cleaned up after us.
