We are a couple plus a friend. We were given an apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean, Simple but ample breakfast was provided. There is a kitchen so if one wants to cook some simple meals, it is possible. Area is residential but close to everything. Downtown accessible by taxi or by bus. Subte is a few blocks away.Some local restaurants nearby. Good value if you eat where the locals go.
all reviews » Rather than a quadruple room, we got an entire apartment. Immaculate clean with a well catered kitchen. Spacious, modern and in an ideal location. The best place I have found in buenos aires for a family. Fairly spacious accommodations, with a separate living room space and small kitchenette. Excellent location, within about a 10-minute walk from Recoleta Cemetery as well as the Pueyrredon subway station. Excellent set up for a family in a great location. We will be back! Just wish we had arrived earlier the previous night and had more time to enjoy it. The staff were really friendly and v helpful. There is nothing I could complain about. Internet service was unavailable for about 2 out of 4 days we were there. This wasn't an issue Art Suites had any control over (it was the fault of their Internet service provider), but it was still frustrating. When the Internet was accessible, the Wi-Fi in our room worked fine. Some stains on shower curtains and some residue in the tubs. Pay cash and not by credit card. Nothing. Nothing. Breakfast delivery is kind of bizarre. They come ring at the time that you specify and bring it to your apartment. I wish they just leave it in front of the door as it's hard to time the very second you're awake or properly dressed. Kitchen could have been kitted out with bit more utensils, pots needed replacing etc. Nothing. Thr small (one bedroom) suite is not suitable for 3 adults. The makeshift "bed" in the salon cannot accomodate an adult. Elevator was broken. Breakfast, everything was fairly old.
