Staff was helpful way beyond expectations. Best location you can get in BA. front Desk and location. Lokation, old fasion. Good location. Liked everything. Their sutle did not pick me up at the Airport as agreed. The boring menu of breakfast (spoon is not clean) and and there is no drink in a room except in the minibar. - price - noise - bad staff.
