I've stayed there for 7 days in August 2013. Before my business trip to Luanda I was researching a lot of hotels, but the Presidente was the best one accordingly the price and the quality. It's located in the centre of the city on the first line of the bay. Also, it's very close to the airport (near 15 minutes without traffic). Rooms are big enough with every day cleaning. What was the most important issue is that they have a big lounge zone on the 8 floor, where you can negotiate whenever you .
