  The comfort of the room, the food and catering staff in particular were nice. The location, so close to the ski lifts was excellent. - convenient for ski cable car lift parking facilities were good, but expensive and there was little alternative for those arriving by car (this is something that your review should cover - sorry if I missed it)

  Excellent clean accommodation. Friendly reception staff who were especially very helpful and understanding when we had car difficulties and needed a late check-out. Beautiful location in Ordino. We loved the mountain views, and our young children loved the playground directly across from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
