You get what you pay for... its really nothing but a room with a bed.. and that's all we wantet.. Perfect when you are in london for a short visit and dose not spend any time in your hostel/hotel exept for when sleeping..
And its very close to Leyton underground station so the distance from central london dosent really count for anything.. - plea

It was warm - It was easy to get to although 10min walking distance from Stratford station. On checking in my room was upgraded to a double. Staff were generally friendly.

The room quality was very high, everything was clean and well maintained.
The facilities of the room were very respected on our trip, the tv was excellent, the air con was very helpful and needed, the kettle was used endlessly.

Location was perfect for easy access to olympic village and stratford centre. The accomodation was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The live music in the pub on a saturday night was fantastic. Would recommend the cart and horses to anyone who enjoys getting away for the weekend and socialising with a few drinks and good music!

The location is excellent. The hotel is nearby East Ham metro station
which brings you transfer free to the city centre at Westminster
Abbey/Big Ben. Lot's of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy
are just across the street.
The rooms are very comfortable, modern, clean with large beds, good TV, airconditioning and very nice bathrooms. I've read in another review the roadside rooms can be noisy, but that was not our experience. In the evening it's also pretty quit on the streets.

Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. Location of hotel was excellent! Just a couple of walking minutes away from Stratford Station and Center which is a big hub for bus train and tube but also a shopping mall.
Room was good too, bed was comfortable and they provided fresh towels.
Staff was friendly and helped me with my bags.

friendly welcome from staff very helpfull did not mind having a chat when we arrived late at night - The setting/hotel grounds and location; proximity to decent pub with nice beer and good, well-priced food; overall standard of accommodation.
