Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc.

Large rooms, excellent beds, coffee and tea facilities in room and good
bathroom. Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on
top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with
almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both
shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central
line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient
to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.

Only a 5 minute walk to Stratford Tube and a 2 minute walk to the dlr

I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Westbridge Hotel if your stay is centered around the Stratford area, or for us at the O2 Arena in Greenwich. There is a DLR station 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes London easily accessible! The hotel is really pretty and well decorated! Our room suited our needs perfectly, it was stylish and comfortable with impressive complimentaries. Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. easy to find and near railway station - Helpful, friendly staff. Arrived early, not only were we able to check in early, but also invited to have breakfast. Great 1st impression.

wtm Event at ExCel Exhibition Centre which was amazingly near by located
- just 15 mins by dlr, and the access to "Stratford
International" dlr station was so close - only 2 mins walk. It was

Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g

It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

Recently spent a week at the King William. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, this is not the place. But if you're looking for an affordable and clean place with a wonderful staff, you won't be disappointed here! I arrived at the hotel and promptly met by a member of staff offering to take my bags, check-in was really quick and easy, also taking the time out to explain how use the door card in the lift etc, reception arranged for a taxi when I asked to my destination and also arranged for the taxi to be waiting for me when I had finished later on in the eve
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ning, check out was good, overall the experience... - The staff were very friendly, there was a problem with the hotels computer system when we arrived, the hotel manager apoligised for this and took us through to the bar and gave my wife and myself a free drink while we waited for the problem to be fixed, this only took approx 10 mins, he then booked us in and gave us a free update to a suite for the inconvienance.
