  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   - Friendly, welcoming & accommodating staff. - Quiet room with blackout blinds & a delightfully quiet fridge. - Coffee/team making facilities. - Free use of computer in 'library' (sorry but can't remember if this is what the room was called). - The 'visitor' spaces: lounge areas & library. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
