First of all, this boutique hotel is an amazing value-especially when compared to room prices. We had enjoyed our stay with my girlfriend and felt very much at home. The hosts were extremely hospitable who gave us great recommendations of places to eat and listen to music. The hotel has quite an attractive exterior and interior design. The apartment was tastefully furnished and decorated combined with a the warm hospitality. We initially had a king-size bedroom with a private bath that was perf.

Sema hanım and her son Irmak made our stay unforgettable with their sincere hospitality and care. -We had a thank-you call from Sema hanım right after the reservation prior to our stay which is exceptional. -The room was very functional, clean and comfortful - We had the best breakfast ever, and tried different special offerings each morning (Omlette with Alacatı Herbs, home-made milk . We especially liked the warmth of the owners. They were so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. They had even put up a Christmas tree all beautifully decorated for us. In the evenings we sat by the roaring fire and listened to wonderful music and enjoyed their hospitality. Alacati is very pretty a quaint little town with lovely little boutique shops and cafes and there are plenty of other places of interest to visit near by. The room at the hotel was very clean. My wife and I stayed at Sultan Konak for 3 days in mid September. We were greeted very warmly by Sema and Irmak with a much appreciated homemade lemonade, we had a long chat in their livingroom. They are both very knowledgeable of their local area, always offering help without being intrusive. The rooms were light and spacious, silent and peaceful, with fresh flowers, comfortable beds, a clean bathroom (fully equipped), and a strong wifi signal that actually works consistently which is rare in . The charming lady who owns the place and greeted us with open arms. A welcome drink in her livingroom and a pleasant chat. Afternoon tea with delicious cake & biscuits in her garden. She thought of our needs before we did...She suggested restaurants and made the reservation for us...In the room there was a lovely bunch of fresh flowers and little surprises like lavender bags on the bed. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent with home made jams, cheeses etc...The place is . I chose Sultan Konak based on the reviews and the reason that I like more personal touch and family feel. The owner will move heaven and earth to do anything for you to make your stay wonderful. It's a small family run hotel very close to the town center but away from the hustle. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast. I'll definitely stay there again. This is a family owned, small hotel with excellent hospitality.They really make you feel you are at home. Very nice local Aegean breakfast, clean rooms with vintage details, clean garden with an outdoor bed on grass! 2-3mins drive from center. The owners are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent breakfast, lots of hot water, pretty garden for breakfast. Good Wi-fi. Everything was perfect starting from the owner who bilingual (German-English). Alacati streets were empty during our stay. But of course this is not the hotel's fault..:). - Sema hanım set the bar so high that, we will probably be dissappointed when we visit other places and stay at different hotels... The only thing we wish were different is that our stay could have been longer. The water was luke warm for showering in the evening and cold in the morning. It is a very long walk from the center, however that might be a good thing as well. The center of Alacati is a crowdy noisy place. It was a bit far from the night life In Alacati by foot but only five minutes in a taxi.
