I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel. hotel staff helped me bring ice and food when ever i needed it, i had to leave earlier then i expected but Im thank full to the staff for all the help as i was not able to walk at all. #hotel is clean , location is good its 15 mins walk to the night market. there is .
όλα τα σχόλια » This hotel was one of the best we've stayed at in thailand the service was excellent the staff went out of their way to make you comfortable from carrying your bags to your room to arranging anything you need the price was so reasonable and it was just outside the old city the beds where comfortable and the pillows soft room large clean and pleasant. Walking distance from the city center! Very clean room! The lady at the lobby where we booked the tours was extremely kind! We really liked her! Great Job!!!. There are no places to eat around, the restsurants breakfast is pretty bad, so if you want to eat you have to take a tuktuk to the center (60-80 baht). Had to walk five minutes to another hotel to get breakfasts. Advertises that it has a gym but this gym is actually in another hotel. Staff rude and unhelpful in dealing with queries regarding travel arrangements to train station, organising day tours. Toilet quite old.[Sanitary, Water Heater] Dark tone.[Feel tight]. room kind of big, but not fresh. walls are dirty, bedsheets looks 10 years old. bathroom is disgusting, pool is not for swimming. staff - not friendly. you can talk to them on thai only.
