Very unique concept with each room being different. Liked that the hotel staff allowed us to see all the available rooms first and pick which one we liked. They were very friendly, and helpful. Location with regards to "Old Town" couldn't be better - everything is within a short walking distance. Excellent bang for you buck! We will be coming back.

We were so excited about the location and the service. The room themes were fun and enjoyable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this this hotel to everyone. The location could not have been better

Superb view, and great location from a sightseeing perspective. Very spacious, well heated, and the agent Jacek was flexible about the meeting time to pass us the keys in response to traffic delays. I'd be happy to stay here again. -

- Since it is a appart-hotel, there is no front desk. Therefore, you have to make an appointment with the owner for checking-in some time in advance.
This would not be a problem if it would be cleary mentioned on letsbookhotel.com.
But once you are aware of it, no issue! -

Apartment next door to the old town. Good restaurant and grocery stores close to the apartment.
Apartment in an old building and the interior in line with that: not modern luxury but nice and clean.
Keys were delivered prompty with short notice and the service by all means good.
Wifi worked well. -

Very nice place in the middle of the Old Town of Warsaw. Surrounded by various restaurants and shops. Wonderful opportunities for walking both day and nattetider.Bra equipment, quiet to sleep and reasonable to spend time at home in the apartment. - The apartment was in very good location and had so many places and restaurants to visit nearby. It is a nice apartment, in superb location, quite comfortable, although a few things could be improved such as a new bed in the bedroom as the current one is very squeaky... Also a coffee machine would be a nice addition. The bathroom needs to be modernised or at least the toilet should be moved further from the wall (I don't know how a bigger per

Could not beat the location, lovely pubs and restaurants within a few
minutes walk but very quiet and peaceful apartment in a residential
complex. Lovely area - be aware the front gate electronic system
doesn't work but one of the residents advised a swift hard push or
kick and worked every time

The apartment was just wonderful. It was on the top floor in the "Glass Apartment." It was all wood, even the ceiling. Skylight and large window provided great light. So relaxing. Beautifully designed, spacious apartment. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom all a traveller could want. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had an email before I arrived asking about arrival times and giving all the information I needed to get from the airport and to find the apartment - very easy. You can't complain it's not great value. Location in the old town is perfect. Loved it and would definitely return.

Great location - old Warsaw is right there, restaurants and cafes at your doorstep, nice and friendly owners, interesting interior design, Carefour supermarket is downstairs, convenient to stay with family - we were 4, with 2 kids (age 13 and 9), they liked it too. Really nice apartment, perfect location with just a 10 minute walk to the royal castle and old town square, staff really friendly and no issue in meeting them for the keys
