The Riad Dar Eliane is simply stunning. The room was really clean and big - it looked beautiful in the pictures but it is actually even nicer. The bathroom was nicely decorated, clean and with hot water at any time of the day. There is a fantastic terrace where we had our breakfast - don't miss it! They bring you so much delicious food. The cook makes amazing pancakes and cakes! What really made the Riad a special place was the personnel. Bouchra, Slimman, the cook and cleaning lady were all in.

Great breakfast every morning and we could decide where we wanted to eat it each day, roof terrace being the best option! Its in a perfect location, you can walk straight to the main square in 10 minutes. Slimman a guy working at the riad made our stay extra special, and within a day it felt like we were staying with friends. Very "ho. A beautiful riad - the rooms were spacious, very clean and so comfortable! The whole hotel is small, but perfect - with a courtyard, and a quiet roof terrace. Breakfast was very good - and we ate in the riad one night, which was also excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. In terms of location, as well, it was great to be in the heart of the medina - chaotic, of course, but that made a return back to the riad even more wonderful at the end of each day!. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor. They arranged a pickup from the airport for both me and my wife who arrived separately and we were both safely guided to the door of the riad. We were welcomed with a delicious dinner in a lovely upstairs dining area. Overall it's an incredible value and wish we could have stayed longer, but they were booked for the weekend. The rooms are decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, the staff members are all lovely and they speak English, the price is good and it's close to the main square!. Everything was great. We stayed in ten different hotels/riads in Morocco, and this one was the nicest overall (and one of the most affordable). The riad is very well decorated. The breakfast in the terrace is a luxury. Very kind staff and familiar treat. Beautiful Place, a haven from the madness of Marrakech. Fantastic helpful staff and amazing value for money. They include the breakfast and help with the taxi shuttle to the airport. The end of this beautiful week. Be aware that - like all hotels in the medina - you can't access it directly by taxi. It's not a far walk to places where you can pick up taxis, but note that - when you arrive and leave - you have to pay a porter to take your luggage to the riad (on top of your taxi fare). The shower was not quite warm, not quite cold, but on a cool winter night it was tough to bear. The english communication before arriving was difficult over the phone, but contact thru email was better and they were always quick to respond. The coffee served with breakfast. It's not far from the big square, but the way to the riad is through narrow and ugly streets, very close to some abandoned buildings. Our pre-arranged taxi was difficult to find at the airport. could be a bit noisy at times. lack of information - no keys, had to get other guest to open door, no info on breakfast, lack of info on taxi pick up. The riad's interior yard is home for some birds that make a lot of noise in the morning and will wake you up at 7 a.m everyday! The lock of our room door didn't seamed safe and actually we found the door unlocked once. Insufficient light in the room.
