The staff were very friendly. The older woman let me do my laundry in the basement and she made sure it was clean and dry for me, no charge. The room was spacious and confortable. They clean the room twice a day, which means they are constantly topping up the free items in the fridges and shower goodies. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we were very confortable with our stay. Hotel is located in the Downtown area and only a block away from the Changdeokgung Royal Palace and very close to the Jongmyo Royal Shrine. The subway station is very close as well as the airport limousine bus stops (6011). The room was quite spacious with a big bathroom, but there was no shower curtain. Location was perfect, from Incheon airport, there is a limousine bus to Changdeokkung palace (which is worth visiting as well), which is about 50 meters from hotel !! It's near Anguk subway station (we bought our delicious bread, cakes, etc, at Paris Baguette there), Seoul City tour bus stop, Insadong (lot of nice restaurants). Even late evening it's not a problem to walk there. Rooms are not big, but really clean rooms/bathrooms. Very friendly and efficient staff, they helped us a lot. There i.
Free mini bar everyday (coke, coffee, 2bot mineral water), simple breakfast (toast bread with butter & jam, coffee and cooked egg). Room is cleaned everyday. Thumb up for the PC in the room. You can take the limousine bus 6011 to/from the ICN airport, approx 1 hour for cash KWR 10000 per person. The bus driver got off the bus and helped me to store my big suitcase in the coach luggage compartment. Thumb up for his kind service. The bus stop is just located about 200metres from the hotel. A.
Great location! It's only 5 minutes walked from airport bus stop
(bus no 6011), it's in front of Changdeokgung Palace, 10 minutes
walked to Anguk station, one of the big train station in seoul. You can
easily travel anywhere you want to go by train, bus or walking. Room has
big screen tv (42") and computer with free internet acces. The
bathroom is quite big with bathtub and various toiletries.
The bathtub! There is nothing better than a nice warm bath after a day's walk in the city. This hotel is right next to the UNESCO palace and it's convenient to reach the 2 metro stations nearby. Staff were friendly, and they responded to my request right away. The floor heating is working good and the room was made everyday. The wifi was fast, too. I enjoyed staying here.
The room was quite spacious for the price, with fridge, wifi
computer, tv. The bathroom had a bath as well as a shower. Drinks
and toothpaste, body wash, lotions all provided foc. It was clean
the bed was comfortable. It is in an excellent location for visiting
lots of interesting sightss, museums and areas in Central Seoul and
it was quiet.
It is in a fantastic location which enables you to visit many of the best cultural sites of Seoul easily. The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean and with a good shower. Everything you need for a reasonable price. The staff speak very limited English, but I have not found this a problem so far (my second visit).
Not too big, but comfortable and clean rooms. Availbaility of bath tub, big TV, computer and Wifi. Well cleaned every day.
Location is excellent close to some major tourist sports, shopping, restaurants. Transport is easy as the metro staions are close by and there is an airport Limousine bus stop just across the road.
Well situated making easy access to lots of great areas in Seoul. Nice and clean plus fairly modern style whilst basic. Massive TV plus a PC in room, although didn't manage to operate either in English as needed! Best feature was definitely the amazingly low price and great value.
It is located near 2 subway stations (approximately 400 meters away) and also very near to one of the palaces.
Toiletries were provided; mineral water and canned drinks were replenished everyday. Rooms were also cleaned everyday.
This place is really good value for money.
Exceptional value for money:
1). A personal computer with the Internet connection, air conditioner, and refrigerator are in the room.
2). Very big flat screen TV set.
3). A large bathroom.
4). The location in the Seoul city centre near the subway station and bus stops.
Coffee, coke and water were refilled everyday sheets and towels and

Clean room with everything one would need, even computer. Very good price! Also very good location for visiting palaces, the shrine and food market. If you don't mind to walk a bit you can reach many places by foot.
Very good location, nearby all the attractions (5-15 min. by walking), clear suit and responsive staff. Receptionist let us to leave our baggage at the hotel for all day after checkout.

When we kept complaining of the room not being finished the check in guy
finally did it himself. Location is good but hard to find.
The hotel is quite close to the palace and a bank where we can withdraw the money easily.

No English spoken. Also, I had an unpleasant issue with a parking for my guest, but it was resolved successfully.
I like tea with milk. Breakfast meal provides coffee but no tea.
Room is quite small and it didn't have clothes closet, so you just
hang your clothes anywhere you want or just put them on the chair.
It's true that the staff didn't speak much English, but it's not a problem. We still made us clear and they understood well. I am sure their English is much better than my Korean!.
A pity the staff do not speak much English but we managed and they were
very helpful and let me leave my bag after I had checked out so I
didn't have to lug it round the sights.
Computer screen was broken upon arrival, but we got another room immediatly.
Quite tucked away and would have been difficult to find without instructions from my friend. Also, staff didn't speak a word of English, but managed to communicate as necessary using Korean phrasebook okay. Bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so had to be careful when showering or get whole room wet.
The placement of the air conditioner indoor unit directly above the bed
is a very bad idea -- whatever the settings are, it blows cold air down
at the sleeping people, so you cannot spend the night on the bed with
the air conditioner on without a risk of catching cold. At the same
time, it's very hot and humid in Seoul in summer, and the room is
very small, so turning off the air conditioner for the night makes the
room soggy, airless, and very uncomfortable to sleep in.
One receptionist was not that friendly no weighing scale to check the
weight of your luggage walking distance to many attractions around the
area but on your 3rd or fourth day, you will realize it is a bit far
from the subways stations breakfast is basic but its just an add-on.
Smoking room should have ventilator...
If not the room is just full of smoke.
No English speaker (but can live without them), did not have a laundry or at least we don't think so. Breakfast was weak, toast and jam. Should let people make their own breakfast.

Smoking is allowed in hotel rooms, and the smell of cigarettes could be very strong.

1) Receptionists unable to communicate in English. One of them (with
spec) always with 'sour' face, unfriendly and rude.

Air-conditioner blows straight towards the bed, so it's easy to catch cold.
Please note that air-conditioner is managed by all-in-one remote (two lower lines of buttons) with korean text on it, so you'll need to spend some time on investigation what buttons do what.
But those are minor issues, I really enjoyed this hotel.
How difficult it is to speak english with korean people.
a bit small room, no remote for airconditioning (basically you have to plug it out of the wall for it to stop working and than it gets too hot because of floor heating.

Some cigarette smoke smell in the room + the room was pretty dark.
Not very clean. Room service was only making the bed but was not removing the trash from the room.
They did not check my ID when I checked in, just asked for money.
One day I came back to the hotel and noticed that my room door was open. Housekeeping did not shut the door and I had left my valuables in the room (there is no safe box in the room).

Our bed sheets had hair on them. Their was still someone's coffee
sitting on the table. The room needed to be cleaned. The refrigerator
had leftover food in it. Also half drank bottles of water.Unless there
isn't another option I would skip this hotel.
