We had aroom with an outdoor terrace overlooking the city which made the room more spacious and useable. Terrace is worth the extra money if you can get one.
Undercover parking and location close to the medieval city meant we could easily walk there for site seeing and restaurants

Great position, lovely views, easy walk into Vaison la Romaine. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, kitchenette facilities if you have your own crockery, pans etc. Bathrooms upgraded since last visit. Small pool. Good parking facilities, outdoor or under cover. Cannot comment on food as ate with family nearby.

Excellent location in the center of Avignon, just off the Place D'Horloge. There are lots of good choices for meals nearby and the major attractions are a short walk. Hotel was fairly easy to find and reception staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Internet worked well and private parking was appreciated. We would probably stay here again. -

Lovely helpful staff in reception. Simple self service accommodation.
Small kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker, electric hob, microwave and
fridge. Warm (our visit was during cold weather). Comfy bed. Local shops
for groceries and meals. If you want service (we didn't) then
don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for
exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure,
convenient and good value.

This was my second stay at La Mirande, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.
