Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If guests are more than an hour late for the scheduled appointment, a EUR 30 fee will be charged. If you plan on arriving between 20:00 and 22:00, please note that a EUR 50 fee applies. If you plan on arriving between 22:00 and 23:00, please note that a EUR 120 fee applies. If you plan on arriving Sundays, please note that a 30 EUR extra fee applies. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
