We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. The hotel location is really great. Close to metro stations and the surroundings are really pleasant for a walk, to dine out or to buy anything you may need. Great staff too. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help:
a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent.
The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is comfortable, well-located (bus, subway, shops, restaurants, city bus tours, parks/open spaces). Our 2nd floor room faced a side street and was quiet, and it and bathroom was adequate in size. Breakfasts (included) were good (variety/quality of food). Staff were helpful. Safe provided. Good pricing. Seating area in lobby is attractive.

It was across the road from the airport! It took 2 minutes to get there.
A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy
check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes.
Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you
had breakfast. It was great to stretch out for 6 hours.

Large comfortable room and very quiet in spite of being in such a busy location.
