excellent customer service. room was in immaculate condition. all staff were welcoming friendly and very helpful. i originally booked friday to sunday and unfortunetly couldnt make friday i rang that day to change our stay from fri-sun to sat-mon and it was changed without hesitation. fantastic place to stay!. Room was just what we were after very tidy with all the amenities nice touch with the balcony and the safety of the underground carpark,also very quiet where our room was which made our stay enjoyable and staff very helpful and friendly.

View from balcony into car park. Mosquitoes. Noisy bathroom fan. Not much. Nothing to dislike. No coffee for plunger. Drab and poor quality, they definately need an upgrade.
