  We stayed in Rimida for 4 nights in september 2013 and really liked it. The view is AMAZING, the room has everything you need, including cooking appliances. Its a short walking distance from the center of Oia, and yet, it´s a very quiet and relaxing place.The room is like a cave, very nice. Everything was very clean and well mantained.   Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered.   Excellent for those people who need to relax and get away from the noisy life of other parts of the island. Staff and Owners were very friendly and did everything in their power to assist us on all our needs.   The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

The Kamari beach is very nice and I can say, that if You go to Santorini - You'd better stay in beach area of the island and take tours to the architectural part of the island. The tours to Oia, volcano, Thirassia are very popular,renting cars is extremely popular, the island is small, so no blockers for living - Location is the best, looking over to promenade and beach. Bus station is very close. Internet is working very good, air condition also very good. A lot of life all over the day/night (restaurants, shops). Very nice owner and staff, especially Emmanuella!!
