  Great location very quiet. Excellent pool with amazing views looking onto the mountain and down to the sea. In between the 2 villages of perissa and perivolos so good range of bars and restaurants to choose from. Rooms were very clean and spacious they were cleaned every day. We had a great holiday would definitely recommend and hopefully be back in a few years. - Good situation, close to the beach, close to Fira. You need a car to get in and to travel around the island. It's a cute hotel with nice staff. Great swiming pool! We had a problem with ferry tickets and we had to leave one dat before we had booked, they arrange us the price for the night we booked but not used. Good value!

  Everything that I had read in previous reviews is true and more. From the moment that we arrived Lefteris, Stavros and family made us feel welcome. The two brothers managing this hotel, Stavros and Lefteris, are very friendly, helpful and ready to help every guest with information about region, history of island, villages.   Very good location, just 1 or 2 minutes to walk to the beach. It is close to everything, shops, restaurants, car and motor rental, bakery and supermarket. We were deeply impressed when we walked in the hotel. Beautiful decoration with private balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast every day. About hundred yards from the room was a pub called Dorians, and it is was the best bar around. 2 euros a pint and 3 euros

You can take so many informations about the island, the excursions and they can help you to rent a car or a motorbike. The room is very beautiful, comfortable and very very clean. The hotel restaurant offers good quality food, just as good if not better than the other restaurants in Perissa. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach and local shops. The staff which are the owners where very nice and honest, the studios are of a good size with a freezer and a small kitchen. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen.
