The bathrooms were spotless and very well equiped with modern showers and toilets etc. The tiling on both the walls and floors were immaculate. The bedrooms themselves were well appointed and of a designer quality with dropped ceilings, soft lighting and modern joinery of laminated doors and frames.   We have spent a great time at Hotel Zefyros in Platamonas. It is located right by the sea, which is very convenient. You can find nearby both sandy and rocky beaches. We first headed for the sandy one, but then realised that the rocky beacher were cleaner.   We stayed with our family at Pliades Hotel for 5 days during the Easter period of 2013. I cannot stress how much I endorse Pliades for what it offers! A perfect point, magnificent out of this world view, spacious rooms, perfect (but perfect!) breakfast and a restaurant that offers anything you would like! The hotel is a few steps away from the village of Palaios Panteleion (3' on foot - It is a fantastic place, with very nice view to the sea and mountain, pretty close to the lovely, romantic village of Palaios Panteleimon. The owner and the staff are very friendly and hospitable, the kitchen is great, for sure you have to try some of their local specialties. We liked the place very much, the vacation was perfect :)
