  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. The view from our balcony was stunning, the house itself was beautifully furnished in a traditional fashion, with two bedrooms, two (small) bathrooms, a kitchenette and a living area. I have read the reviews before booking but honestly the reality was even better.. We have been upgraded with a very fair amount of money and Yowakim and Nicolas were amazing helpful people there! The views of the caldera and sunset are one of the best in Santorini and the hotel is luxury, boutique and romantic. Our teenage daughters loved it. A shuttle is available but get a car and explore Santorini for all it has to offer. Petite palace is a perfect distance from Fira and the car rental comes to you. The shuttle takes you from Fira to hotel and back multiple times
