  The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor.   Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in.   We loved our stay at Seventh Heaven hotel! It was in a fantastic location - right on the main pedestrian shopping mall in the heart of Shanghai, and only a few minutes walk from the line 2 Metro stop. The room was great - spacious, with a desk, fridge, tea making facilities, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Lots of space for our one year old ... was die leute sagen » to play in! The bathroom had a shower over the bath, which was great for giving our little boy a bath in. - This hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian only street and close to metro train stations and many shops. The family suite was large with very comfortable beds and free bottled water! At night it was quiet after 10pm when all the shops close and the street entertainment stops. Our luggage was stored safely when we went to Hang Zhou for a night. Reception staff have good English.

  Location, location, location! I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily. The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.
