  All of the staff were courteous, helpful and solicitous. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was nice, near metro stop and easy walking distance of many fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Only one block off of major avenue in Santiago central downtown area. It is located only one block from the metro station in a nice area. Very good for those who, like me, suffer from allergic rhinitis: no carpets on the floor! :)

  We stayed at Conchita Flores for 3 days and where really amazed with the charming, beautiful house and room. the beds where incredible, and every little corner full with small details which make this B&B a really hotel boutique alike place. The staff was very familiar and everything was around the corner. It is very familiar but independent at the same time - Very cute B&B in a nice neighborhood of Santiago full of bars and restaurants around it. Clean and comfy rooms with nice clean decor. Very nice cafeteria attached to it with nice veranda to sit out and enjoy your breakfast. Very friendly and nice owner that helped us a lot with check in and we had a very interesting talk the next day. Thank you - Staff is very friendly, the room was very comfortable. I liked the fact that the breakfast was ready for us each morning, adds a nice touch. Well located in a safe area.

  I booked here for 4 nights and ended up staying for 9 nights! The host Kelly is lovely, kind and helpful. You will not find a better host in many places in the world than her :) The B&B building is a gorgeous old renovated home that is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. It is safe and its location is superb. You can walk into town in 30mins or - Christian, the host and owner of the Abracadabra, went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One night, he spent almost an hour on the phone trying to arrange a vineyard tour for us on the next day. Before we left, he made a great effort to make sure that the taxi driver takes us to the airport safely and does not rip us off. Certainly a wonderful place to stay during your time in Santiago!
