I stayed at this hotel on 20.02-21.02.2013. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very plentiful and tasty!In the room there is everything you need for living: shampoo,shower gel,towels of different types,hairdryer,TVset,free Wi-fi.There is free shuttle which goes to Universal and Sea World but only once a day and pick up from parks in the evening.There is also shuttle to Disney World.If you want to go to Universal by walk it will take about 25 minutes from hotel (on the bus it will take about 35-4.
所有评语 » 15Min walk to Universal. Short drive to outlet mall. Recently renovated, clean, good value when booked well in advance. Standard cold ceral, toast and coffee breakfast. Pool was clean and great for afternoon or evening swim in 85+ weather. Free parking. Natalie on front desk was helpful. Free in room wifi and computer station in lobby. Gym area was located where renovations were taking place so did not use. Stayed 6 days and it was great. My friends and I stayed here because we were going to Universal Studios for a few days--we were able to walk to the park easily and it didn't take us more than 25 minutes and the weather was gorgeous. Liked the breakfast and proximity to Starbucks, Walgreens, and restaurants. Nice breakfast, really good value for money, free car parking,right next to universal studios...loved staying here and would defo stay again. The receptionist said they were refurbishing it the week we left and I was so surprised as I thought it was good condition. I loved the location, the cleanliness, and management's commitment to quality service and the maintenance of the building. It was my 2nd visit and I was pleased once again. The stay was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we need they were ready to help. The King room is clean and spacious. Quite honest. Great location, close to Universal and Island of Adventures, also close to Orlando Premium Outlets International Road, nice breakfast, discounts on park tickets. The proximity to Universal Studios, and ease getting there from Disney World; the price was very reasonable; our room was comfortable;. in walking distance (about 20 min) from Universal theme parks free shuttles to all parks park tickets may be bought in hotel. Very close to the Universal Studio park; located on the quite street; big room with a/c, fridge, coffee machine, microwave. The rooms were very nice,staff was very polite and accomodating and location was very good for going to universal. Hot pancakes for breakfast Cheap tickets for the many parks on the lobby! Free Shuttle bus. Overall stay was just okay. Nothing exceeded or under exceeded our expectations. The hotel was really close to the parks and the outlets. Taxi to Universal was supposed to be 4-5 one way, but traffic and long lights made it 8-9. Park at Universal for $16 a day and in/out allowed. Visit park in am, leave for lunch or shopping and return later when cooler. Shuttle only left at 2 times to the park and there was only 1 return shuttle from the park. Pool was out back and was in the shade so cold, but ok to sit round after a day out. There was nothing to dislike. WiFi sometimes doestn't work fine. Breakfast area can get too crowded and there is no room. There was an odd, dank smell in the room. It wasn't overwhelming, but my nose is sensitive. Also, the breakfast room was very crowded, but it was a holiday morning. I would suggest lengthening breakfast hours weekends and holidays. I would have appreciated having at least one more pillow on each bed. no scrambled eggs for breakfast. Breakfast, the restaurant is a tiny room with 5 tables for the whole hotel. Not having a heated pool, the shuttle we were going to take to universal never came on time so we had to leave on our own, the supplies for breakfast weren't kept up. bad smell in the shower. The drain in the shower was extremely slow. The beds were to small we were 3 and the beds were for 2. bus to sea world takes about an hour. The bus driver taking us to and from the hotel was very wreckless and on the way back he droped us off across the street. A bit older. Our room needed updating. Airco very noisy. Breakfastroom to small for so many people. Very close to the highway. Ask for a room at the front of the building. Some things did not work well. Light above sink....the drain didn't drain well. The cover off the batteries in the safe was broken. Need remodelation. bathroom quality in the room, square pillows. I booked a room with double bed online, but was told by attendant that letsbookhotel.com didn't send info to them. So, was booked with one kingsize bed and my mom and I had to share. There was a funky smell all throughout the hall way I think it was a mix of musty dampness and bug killer. The bed were not so comfortable and the pillows were really small. Breakfast ended a little to soon if you wanted to sleep in a little you would miss the free breakfast. No ice machine on 4th floor. I booked a king room but was given one with two double beds. Toilet seat was wobbly. Walking on the carpet barefoot left your feet black like soot or motor oil. Obviously shampooing the carpet has not been done recently. If you're looking for more than a place to sleep for a fair price, you would be disappointed. If I had been staying longer than two nights, I would have stayed in a higher level hotel. Breakfast was very simple and not much space, only 6 tables for a big hotel. Air conditioning was quite smelly. Free shuttle only ran twice per day and was always late. Bathroom was stained, dingy, old. One of my worst experiences in Orlando ever! The front desk lady was in a bad mood, the room is old, my bathrooms lights didn't work and there was no maintenance team overnight. The breakfast was a bit limited both in content and seating facilities. Most people taking food back to their rooms. The toilet seat is loose,not steady.Water faucet in tub is hard to turn on for my wife and turning it off it drips. I ask for assistance for trash bags he gave me ice bags, I went back to him I told him wrong bags so he gave laundry bags to me.he never apologize To me. Also no brochures for the Holy Land but they have it for Disney or Universal. Impatient. Flexibility of shuttle Rooms weren't clean. Reserved three rooms. Two were fine. One (302) had a bathroom badly in need of repair. Took photos of Room 302. Sinks were clogged and there was awful smell the day we landed. The bath faucet looked like it had been beaten with a screwdriver, it was all scratched up and the water quality was awful. When I got to my home I think I showered 3 times before my hair texture changed back to normal. Was told it was a double rooms with double beds which it was not it was a single room with double beds! And the floor we were on had Avery bad odor of mildew which we later found out one of the rooms carpet was wet and they were trying to dry it. The problem was they did not inform us of this when we checked in and they had no rooms to move to when we complained. Smelled moldy when we walked in. Room smelled also. Shower was moldy. Little ants through out room, on night stand, desk, and sink counter area. Could not use coffee maker covered in ants. Pool was full of grass and tree clippings not usable. Front desk said we couldn't change rooms cause there were no more available in the price range. noisey place i request a quiet room all i got was a whole high school team banging doors and roaming the halls till 1 in the morning i never stay here again. mildew in the bathroom on the door and around the bath tub area. Not clean. Pool was cold. Food was bad. Bathroom is uncomfortable to use.
