Everything was perfect at La Quinta. Since I get there, with an early check in they found a very nice and very clean room for me. Nice view to be at that area, immaculate cleanness , nice bathroom, super HD flat TV SCREEN, free internet, shuttle bus running all day long to and from the airport every 10 minutes. Want to thanks very much to front desk Alex and Elizabeth, perfect stay for me, I highly recommend these Hotel if you are visiting LA for a few nights at the Airport Area. Thanks for a g.
所有评语 » Good location. Few steps away from McDo, Subway, Taco Bell & Am Pm. The room was big. Fast wifi. The breakfast was okey. The front desk especially Frankie was very very very nice. They gave us a super late check out til 6pm without extra charge. We had a problem with Southwest and didnt help us. Its so stressful especially with 2 kids and 8 big luggages. Frankie made our la quinta experience wonderful. We are definitely staying at la quinta again. Stayed from Feb 20th to 23rd, 2013. Breakfast was free and okay. Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Free airport shuttle that runs every 15-20 min. Fast check-in and check-out. Very friendly staff in breakfast area. McDo is just a minute away. Tour bus services easily accessible. Manhattan beach/shopping center is just a bus ride away for only $5 roundtrip. Shop in the hotel is available. Everything was wonderful!!! The staff were friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was the best that I've already see in cheap hotels. The location is great, close the beach and the airport. The price is really cheap!!! We made a trip, and we stay in about 5 hotels in 2 weeks... And I can say the La Quinta Inn was the best off all!!!. Everything was pretty much wonderful. The complementary breakfast was the best we've ever seen at a La Quinta and was a cause for great rejoicing. The pool was nice (even in 55 degrees!), the location was superb, the staff were friendly, the various extras were nice, the nearby cheap eating places were excellent....we really enjoyed our stay here!. The location close to the airport and convenient for short stay if you on transit. Yet we can visit Manhattan Beach and shopping at the Mall. Value for money. Room is clean and love the Flat screen TV with cable. Staff friendly and helpful and 24 hours shuttle. $5 roundtrip to Manhattan beach. Free airport bus. Free breakfast. Very friendly breakfast staff. Reception staff accomodated all my needs/requests. Got the room located at the back of the main road (not as noisy as those located along the main road). The hotel is a great value for money in la (as other hotels' rates are much higher) with very clean and convenient rooms (just right). The shuttle bus services from/to airport and Manhattan beach are very well thought services, use them definitely. We arrived, in the evening, after a long international flight. Needless, to say we were tired. The desk clerk was energetic and helpful not only to us but to everyone who arrived on the shuttle. The shuttle is very convenient from LAX. This was a clean and tidy hotel, with all the facilities that you expect. The breakfast was more than acceptable, with the members of staff very friendly, We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking an affordable hotel. There were free van straight to LAX every 15 to 20 minutes. I asked them to keep some luggage before my arrival to the hotel and it was done w/o any problem. Price's fair. Staff always ready to help. Breakfast w/ many options. Employees were extremely nice. Our 2 year old was sleeping after a difficult night and they allowed as a late check in for free until he woke up. Breakfast was good, and plenty. Plastic dishes were more than fine. The free Shuttle, good breakfast, lovely room, free Paper, free Internet, bus 117 outside to go to Hawthorne Metro, and on to Hollywood Boulevarde, storing bags for Late departure, smoking area, in all excellent. Response of the hotel staff regarding the broken shower. Although it was very late, the management came up to the room, determined that shower was broken and helped us move to another room immediately. Very clean and comfortable stay and so close to LAX, but without the airplane / airport noises. Excellent value for money, which we have come to expect from our stays at La Quinta properties. We needed a hotel for one night before a long haul flight. It provided all our requirements including a late checkout. The breakfast provided was very good too. Will stay again. Conveniently located near LAX airport and offers free shuttle bus service 24 hours a day. Very good breakfast included, nicely decorated rooms and friendly staff. It was close to where I needed to do business. The front desk sent the security immediately when requested. I was adequately compensated for the issue I had. The maid did a great job each day. the front desk girls were my favorite part of my whole trip to California! please tell them the singer from xfactor loved the converdations they had. All of the others hotels that we stayed, the parking was always free. Maybe more towels when having four people in a room? We kinda ran out day one and we weren't given any when we asked. Holes in bedsheets. Can hear noise of adjacent rooms and hallway. The location is really far away from city centre, which forces you to rent a car to explore city (Holywood sign, way of fame, universal etc.) in limited time, as public com is not as developed/efficient as in east cost. Car rental from airport is strongly recommended though you might have to pay parking fees at hotel because the reco neighbour car rental prices (for the provided cars) are a bit irrational. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. I found a grape stem on the floor and the bath wasn't as clean as it should have been. The only negative element was we would had liked the restaurant to use proper plates and cutlery and cups as oppose to plastic and throw away plates. Although I'm a smoker and asked for a smoking room, the smell of cigarettes in it was way beyond the acceptable. Maybe the sound of the avenue outside, but it was OK. Nothing. The shower was broken and we had to move to another room. Akrivo parking Teueres parking. The towels are getting a bit thin... Unfortunately several rooms of guests decided no one on our floor (and I would summise the floor below) needed any sleep between the hours of 11:00 pm and 3:00 am when I finnaly called security. The crowd at the breakfast buffet due to a big student group. rooms were a little out dated. almost looked like a motel in the room. The elevators are terribly slow. It was very plain. They charge 17 USD for every day of parking you use, which is a little expensive. Plastic cutlery is taking practicallity too far. although spotlessly clean, and non smoking, the room smelled of stale smoke. Parking garage was not easy to find at first due to street traffic. Not sure I could really commment on anything negative. Room was very clean and nicely decorated but the size was a disappointment. Requested King Size bed and it took up the whole room - pics made it look bigger in advertisements. For such a big bed - room so have space to move around. Also - almost every hotel we stayed at on our trip had a safe in room - not here. Location-wise a bit far away from main attractions of LA. Walls seem a bit thin. They accidentally gave our room key to someone else to look into the room as an example of what they can get. I was fortunate to be in the room. I had to go downstairs to clear the matter up. They were very sorry to have done so and remade keys, but it was a bit bothersome to have to do so. *When we stayed at La Quinta LAX, the electric power was down for 17hrs!! But one night stay was not charged. *Unconnected to the telephone operater, so I couldn't use collect call to Japan. I wanted to call insurance company by collect call... breakfast should start a lot earlier. Many flights leave before 6 am but breakfast not available before that time is just not convient. The breakfast times and the way a staff member (who had apparently had a personality by-pass) closed off breakfast at 8.55am!. We were under the impression the room was paid for, which it wasn'T. My parents thought the room was being paid for by them. General appearance of the hotel inside and out was not very good. Carpet stained in foyer and furniture a bit tired. Noise from the A/C was so loud I had to increase the TV's volume very high and I think my next door neighbor could hear Breakfast was very lame. I did expect more but .... What's not to like?. Had to wait in line for front desk for every question. There was only one clerk. He seemed stand offish and bothered. Long wait for elevator and airplane take off noise Water has so much of 'chloride'? Even while washing teeth was not nice to taste water. Green hallways---but you didn't have to sleep in them. The staff at the restaraunt was more interested in closing early than providing good service and food. We ended up leaving without eating there. The shower and toilet needed cleaning and updating. Breakfast.
