Ubicación y precio. Parking gratuito, habitaciones tamaño normal. Estuve 3 noches, tuve un problema con el coche y fui sin reserva a por otra noche y todo ok. --- Great ubication, and price. Free parking and room was ok. I was 3 nights and I after i cheked out I had an accident with the car so i had to stay another night and perfect :). Really great. We've been travelling across America and this is one of the best motels we've seen. Cliff is a really nice guy. All the facilities you need. Good pool. Ridiculously close to the strip for the price. Very happy. We stayed an extra night.
所有评语 » Great price! Updated clean room. Microwave, refrigerator, blowdryer and ironing board available in room. Friendly reception. Close driving distance to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay. Close to fast food restaurants, farmacies, gas stations etc. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I was able to contact them whenever I needed to I liked the facilities in the room - having the fridge and microwave was very helpful!. The staff was always friendly. The maids never came unless asked. If you are familiar with Vegas it was easy to find if not well there's always map quest. The price relative to proximity to the airport and the conference location (on the strip). The bathroom part of the room was nicely renovated. The personnel was friendly and ready to work with you I stayed another day on Saturday and they gave me the same price as Friday. Great price, not far from the strip so about a $10 cab ride, clean room with clean towels, microwave and mini fridge worked. We like the convenience of distance to Vegas strip and most of the casinos and shopping stores also price was fair. Cheap and close to the Las Vegas strip. Tile floors so you didn't have to worry about moldy carpet. The staff was great had no problem with an early check in. Very close to Las Vegas Strip. Good value for the money. Good bed. It was very quiet despite being a Friday night. It was budget friendly and pretty good location. Staff was friendly. Good service, friendly staff, clean, safe, and good price. We only stayed one night and as such it was good value. staff manager was very friendly sheets were clean remote for temp control closet sink area floor was nice. Microwave and refrigator in the room, outside pool, complimantary coffee and snack in the morning. Location is good, the Strip is a kilometer away (as the crow flies); there's o nsite laundry. It was reasonably priced and met our needs. The management was very accomodating. Edger was so nice and helpful. It was near the convention that we attended. location and price was good. We did get what we needed after asking for it. Close to The Orlean's Hotel. I came to go to a car show there. The location was good for what i was in Las Vegas to do. Prices and location to the Strip were very good. Close to all the locations we wanted to visit. The price. The night manager was really nice. Got a fridge in the room and microwave. El ventilador del baño de la primera habitacion (153) hacia mucho mucho ruido. ----- The fan of the barhroom of the first room (153) was doing a lot of noise when it was turned on (actually you turn the light and the fan also, you're not able to turn off only the fan). On a 6 night stay only once did we have room service, and we had to ask them several times. I understand they were busy, but I shouldn't be having to lug out the trash for them from a second floor room. A little noisy some nights, but not too bad. There was nothing that I didn't like: but one suggestion would be that the electronic safes in the rooms are a bonus if you are travelling with things like laptops and MP3 players and don't want to carry them: having these back in use would be very helpful. The room slept 4 but only came with 2 towels in order to get more it cost $10 a piece. It would have been nice to be told that up front so we could have been prepared. Also the ice machine was out of order. The carpet needed cleaning. There were dirty fingerprints on the wall and the door around door knob. The bedroom part of the room needed a paint job. All was good no complaints. Nothing. Room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it was tobacco smelling ,water valve at shows was hard to open it. You couldn't lock the door to keep housekeeping from coming in and there was no Do Not Disturb signs. The room was not cleaned while we were there. I wish the late check out time would be than a hour from standard check out time. Some other visitors were a tad sketchy, but we never felt threatened or unsafe. The beds where to firm. Nothing to complain. We booked the hotel through letsbookhotel.com. But when we went to hotel to check-in, the staff said that hotel is over-booked and there are no rooms. The receptionist told us that they didn't get the booking information from letsbookhotel.com. She talked to someone in the phone and gave us the room. Looks like something went wrong with these guys and letsbookhotel.com needs to sort it out. Other than this, no issues. Online map was unclear of directions, no legend to tell directions, short verbage on how to get there would be most helpful. Also, shortage of hot water, could only get a lukewarm bath. Carpet in room needs replaced or deep cleaned. I didnt like how there were stains in the bathroom trash still there from last visit.I wished it would of been cleanier. Bed could have been more comfortable. n/a. Everything was ok. pool was had dirt in it, carpet in room was stained,. Having to use a actual key. No big deal... No ice machine yet...had a maid & maintenance man knock on my door while I was sleeping-need "DO not DISTURB" signs. Bad wifi. Nothing. All was adequate. no comment. It was run down and in bad shape. - Pretty small room for 3 - Noisy aircon. size. check in when booked room said 1pm, when i got there they told me it was wrong chk in at 3pm. Saturday 8/10 7pm office lady was rude and very unhelpful when we asked for a taxi. Room was filthy pillows flat hair In bathroom and worse of all we did not find out till morning that on tile floor under bed was pee wich was soaked up by the sweater my daughter threw on floor night before. Bit too close to the freeway. No breakfast and no eateries close by so a car is a must. carpet was filthy carpet was very dirty bathtub bottom was peeling and creepy to think about stepping in toilet bowl throat was dirty tv center was way too big for the room flat screen tv on wall would be a great enhancement to the room square fridge and microwave to wall would improve appearance. Noisy place next to the highway, old rooms with dirty flour, had to negotiate for the price we previously booked the room for. The staff are nice but apparently not very professonal: it took them three attempts to get our room right. First one had not been cleaned from the previous visitor, the second one had a strong smell even though we had asked for a non-smoking room. The first room they put us in smelled like a smoking room . We told the manager and they agreed and moved us to another room. The class of the people that lurked around and or lived at the hotel. The policy on utilizing the iron and getting clean towel. The locks on the door didn't provide a feeling of security. We felt as though anyone could come in on us while we were asleep. The pillows weren't comfortable at all. The plastic on the mattress made us sweat throughout the night. waited a hour before the room was ready, floor was dirty, had to ask for quilts for the beds, the heater/ac didn't work right, it was hot in room. There was a large gap around door. Bed was too hard. The bed was to big for the room it was in. The motel showed signs that it was going through some money problems so everywhere you looked there were thing that need repair. Biggest issue was the door locks, they did not give you the feeling of safety, another concern was the run down appearance of the rooms. Like the bathroom shower faucet was very hard to turn on and one of our lamps did not work. But in general it was a nce and quite hotel. Toilet seat was cracked. Get this... It did have a mini refrig and a microwave but no glasses??? Had to go to the lobby and they said it was the policy of the hotel not to provide any glasses (plastic or styrafoam)?? Really... It's the only place in my 22 years of travel that didn't have glasses. The door to the room didn't feel very sturdy. There were hookers in the parking lot. Pretty basic. The beds worn out, the carpet was dirty, not enough towels, and didn't clean the room for the next day. They charged my card before I checked in and did not notify me. Then told me that when they are full they charge for the room. I accrued an overdraw in my bank account from this and a $30.00 few if I wouldn't have been told that I pay at the facility I would have put the money in the bank.
