We were thrilled with the Wyndham Grand Desert! Highlights were the mini-kitchen including a DISHWASHER, in-unit washer/dryer, separate bedroom, and lovely pool area. Soundproofing must be pretty good because we hardly ever heard any other guests while in our unit. It was an attractive, immaculate property in an excellent location. The place was really clean and absolutely amazing it was very accurate to the description and I loved that it was an I closed hotel. Staff was great helpful and nice they had a shuttle leading to the strip which was awesome! A pool just for adults and two for families. It was a great stay would stay again and recomed.
所有评语 » The room (actually suite) facilities left nothing to demand (including washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, etc.), the pool area is not overcrowded and in a pretty nice environment. 5 minutes drive (or 15 minutes walk) from the Strip, yet very quiet and affordable. Everything was excellent! Staff is very friendly. Unit was spacious (travelled with a group of 6 and stayed comfortably in the two-bedroom unit; two bathrooms made is super convenient!) and resort is clean throughout. #1 shows(2) "Veronic Voices" this show is a must. She is E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T #2 "Love" from Cirque du Soleil if you like the music from the Beatles it is very good. Fantanstic location near the "strip." Great staff. Shuttle available to Harrah's Casino. Easily accessed. Beautiful courtyard views. 3 pools. Great ammenities. We feel like living at home. The room equipped everything you need even laundry detergent and a lot of cups and kitchen wares. Large sitting area. everything was excellent & oh yesss!!!! & when I come back I have found A place 2 call my home away from home!. Affordable and very relaxing! Access to pools was great as well as the accommodating and helpful staff. Loved it, lots of room for the 6 of us, great to have full kitchen facilities, easy walk to the strip. Loved the apartment layout for a family of 5, great pools, gym and business centre. Full kitchen plus washer/dryer! Also really nice pools & pool areas. Hotel very clean and staff is friendly. Very close to strip. Having everything if the unit if you needed it. Laundry, kitchen, staff, and overall comfort. comfort,cleanliness....REALY you must go. Very nice resort would go again. Everything was up to expectation. Location free parking price. room and location. Spacious suite ,. location. Shuttle bus Quiet pool area in Tower 3. The room was nice..my fiancee and I had a great time up until we had to deal with the staff on the last day. Wifi in Tower One was sketchy. Don't count on the hotel cafeteria for meals, you will find much better and cheaper restaurants on the Strip. Also, the room was not cleaned during a 3-night stay, which can be annoying. The Internet service is very, very, very poor. We were there for sept. 18, 19, 20th. Wednesday Internet was OK, but friday and saturday we could hardly connect, and when we did, we got disconnected after 5 to 10 minutes. I even tried after midnight, it was still poor. I will not go back there. No shuttle to and from the airport. The prices in the hotel's cafe and extra-services, such as massages, were expensive. We went to hear about timeshares and felt pressure to participate. Our own fault!. How hard is Wifi to get right? So Slow, and yet so important, not just as I needed to work some, but the kids need it. The timeshare sell is pretty full on, and watch out for the sell without any detail. The moment I asked for the contract I was buying, they went real cold, like really cold!. Shuttle drivers were not friendly or helpful! They didn't wait for people to walk out - you needed to be outside! Hotel needs to TELL people that when they check in!. Slow check in line. The safe didn't work,no concierge at the tower you stay in, have to go back to main desk. We were not loud but got a complaint from below. We were only laughing and talking. nothing. Felt at times uncomfortable surrounded by the tower blocks high around swimming pool that took away the sunshine, however the pool layout was excellent. Nothing to complain about. Need maid service at least once week included. under ground parking too tight. Parking not enough , normal swimming pools , not that fun for kids , no resturants in the hotels. we didn't have our 2 bedroom villa suite until 8 pm at night after traveling all day and check-in time was 4pm waiting 4 hours was to long and no compensation for the inconvenience. a nice hot breakfast buffet would be nice. nothing. No room maid service room cleaning Main pool area too noisy Hard sell when checking in at guest services where you collected car parking permit and shuttle passes. Due to the staff, my fiancee and I will never step foot in a Wyndam property again.
