Professional staff Descent cafe/store on premise with reasonable prices Unlike the Vegas casino hotels, Courtyard focuses on the needs of guests. After many stays in strip hotels, Courtyard was a blessing. Highly recommend to anyone who is not there to gamble. So much more comfortable. Incredible Staff. It's across from the Convention Centre and the monorail. If you are attending a conference it is far better than the usual "Official" hotel. Incredibly clean.
所有评语 » Location was perfect away from the bustle of the strip but close enough if you have a car. Easier location to use for day trips out of the city than staying at the strip. I was very pleased with the decor and was over all pleasantly surprised with the room in general. It was very near the strip and was much more than I had expected. Room is so comfortable and beautiful. Location is not the best one, but is close to the main street of Las Vegas. Staff assistance is just great!. The staff were super accommodating The hotel was super clean The room suited our needs Super safe car parking Clean pool, warm whirlpool. Close to the convention center, a more kid friendly environment than anything on the strip or downtown. Great customer service. Clean and comfortable facilities. the place was pretty much clean.Room service was ok. Price and the air conditioning was fabulous. good room space, very modern, clean, quiet. The friendly competent staff, the location. Cleanliness and location. service. just a place to sleep, not close to The Strip and the main atractions, but the place is quiet, clean and good price. we just pass lv, so the price is ok ,the room is clean, but have no free breakfast . Bit of a walk to a convenience store, but they have some stuff there. No microwave... It had a coffee maker and fridge but no microwave. Its price is a little bit high compared to the different options in Las Vegas. The prices of the fridge foods and shop were super expensive = $14.00 for 2 small bottles of diet coke. Noisy air conditioner - fortunately it was a lovely hot day but cool evening. The air conditioner did not work properly which is a major concern when there are hot outside temperatures. Even after telling the front desk, the conditioner did not work properly at night. the motel was somewhat isolated from Las Vegas activities. Drinking water not available at the rooms. Only available bottles of 500ml for 3usd each. Too bad that guest do not deserve the courtesy of some drinking water. Same with tv. No free tv available at all. The hotel did not offer us at least 2 bottles of water or even 1. No breakfast. Carpeting in room. food in this hotel is too simple. no swimming pool. the room is small.
