The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the room was very comfortable, with alot of facilities in the room, everything was thought about. The Steakhouse at the hotel is excellent, service is very prompt, Breakfast is also excellent!. My wife and I were very pleased with everything we experienced from the time we arrived to the time of our departure. We were also very pleased with the route supplied by you for our journey. Thank you.
所有评语 » Everything. Have stayed many times and cannot fault it. For what it is it should have 6 *. Staff are brilliant. Very clean and to a good standard. The breakfast was great as were the staff...would definately stay there again.This hotel is A1;food,service and cleaness all excellent.I will be going back. Great hotel, great location. Staff friendly and hotel was cosy and homely.Steak was amazing. Food overall was very good and the rooms were huge. friendly staff, clean, excellent breakfast and good location. Excellent food and proximity to downtown and Salford. Friendly staff and a fantastic restaurant. Everything, first class service all round. Also i saved £15 going through Bookings.com, as the hotel charges through thier website and at the counter were much more. the room was lovely and the bed was really comfy. The people who worked there were very friendly. Restaurant was excellent. Food was really good. The gentleman who served breakfast was very pleasant and seemed very happy all the time. It is so nice to see someone who obviously enjoys his work and his cheerfulness is infectious. Please say thank you to him for making our stay very enjoyable.Accomodation was fine once I got in. It took me 25 minutes to raise someone at 10:30p.m. to open the door so I could get to my room. Nice room, quality bathroom fittings, very clean, nice cosy bar.Friendly and helpful staff. convenient for city centre. The hotel was okay and very convienent for old trafford. near MU stadium. As the information, it was really near to The Old Trafford stadium. We were satisfied with it. closeness to my destination. good food. Location relevant to Old Trafford.This hotel was above all expectations and there was nothing to dislike!!. Getting a hairdryer from reception.Road noise. noisy floor boards, and peoples movement above. They didn't have a kids menu for meals.Don't think its right to charge the same price for adults meals and kids ones. only one point - the hotel was very hot, heating could have been turned down a little. The floor creak and the walls are thing - I woke up at 1.30 and soent two hours listening to the man nect door snoring :o((. Did not think the room was worth £85 for the one night considering we did not book in until approx 15.30 and left the next morning at 8.30 am however I did enjoy my stay - may look for something a little cheaper next time which is a shame - as I say a little too expensive.I dont think there is much insulation in the floor as we were woken up at 3.30am by the people above walking about and putting on the tv - only negative point- would only stay again if on top floor. The trouser press did not work. being so close to the main road the noise of the cars kept me awake through the night. Leaving at 11am. Not allowed to leave the car in their car park the day of a football match unless you stayed another night. One of the rooms were slightly too warm and a larger fan would have been useful.Don't like the locks on the rooms which do not lock automatically. Rooms too hot. On my request to stay in the car park while I went to the man utd match I was told that I couldn't leave my car in the car park. That the people staying that night had paid a lot more money than me. I was shocked that they didn't value my custom.They should advertise that if you stay the night before a cgame that you can't use thier car park. The whole point of me booking this hotel was its location!!!!. Corridors where bit like a maze. it is not air-conditioned and it didn't say anything during booking so we had to open the window to get the cool air outside but get the noisy traffic instead.unfriendly staff. No hairdryer in room, water dripping through ceiling in restaurantduring breakfast. No hot water for shower. Tried the tap every way. Receptionist said Are you sure you are operating the tap correctly?' And then went on to say 'We always get complaints about that rooms shower!' Put a notice in room 20 re shower operation, or lack of it please.
