This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. Clean rooms as usual and friendly staffs. They have a storage room just in case you arrive earlier than the check in time or if you would like to keep your bags in the hotel for a while after checking out. Breakfast was delicious, a great english breakfast and it's all inclusive. Toilet on the upper floors are m.
所有评语 » Good value for money! Most of the staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected, no gourmet but the basic Brit bacon, eggs, beans & toast. Extra thanks for the very swift repairment of the leaking tap in our room! 24-h reception was good! If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!. The staff were friendly, especially the lady at the reception desk, she offered to sort outday trip tickets. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and were very quick to bring toast and tea. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, had tea facilities in the room too. The room was big enough - it had 2 single beds & a double bed. The location, next to Kensington Gardens, meant it was central & the breakfast was very nice. Good value for money given the location, & the staff were friendly. Much better appointed and cleaner than other similar hotels I've stayed in Very "bijou" but everything worked, was clean and fresh and a nice cooked breakfast. Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Location was perfect. Hotel allowed us to leave our bags there while we did our Xmas shopping...thank you!. Also very friendly staff, ready to help. The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and the Paddington Station. It is quite cheap compared to other hotels nearby. Location maps of the city at the entrance. Sometimes the shower turns ice cold, we had to constantly adjust the temperature of the water. The stand for the water boiler looks fragile and it looks as if it might break soon. Carrying huge luggages to the fourth floor was painful, it'll be nice to have a lift or maybe a porter. These are small issues but it'll be great if these could be fixed. Room was ok but the bathroom was quite crammed. Our leaking tap kept up awakr the first night but was replaced when we mentioned it to the staff. The brekfast room was quite small and most people had to wait for a table at least in the last hour. The walls of the room are not that thick so if you're not a heavy sleeper bring earplugs so you won't wake up to slamming doors etc. The room was very small, the walls were very thin so could hear lots of noise, the next room shower was so loud that it woke us up. The bathroom door didn't close fully therefor wouldn't lock. No lift so had to walk up 4 Lots of stairs to get to 2nd floor. Unfortunately, we were in a basement room, which meant we were woken before 7am by the staff who were preparing breakfast. The bathroom, although very clean, was a bit cramped, and the shower head wasn't adjustable, which meant flooding the bathroom. The walls were a bit thin, but we weren't kept up with any noisy neighbours. Nothing but need to bear in mind steep stairs and general compact nature of the place which won't be suitable for everyone. Room very small but understandable in location. Poor internet reception in my room even the 3g. I just don't know why in a room so big the bathroom is so freaking small, very hard to take a shower and brush the teeth and all that you do in a bathroom. The room was very small and not much space to store belongings. I recommend adding some hooks on the wall to hang jackets and for space saving storage maybe consider boxed bed frames that have drawers that pull out of them. Also, the beds were uncomfortable because the springs were about to come through the mattress. The mattress also kept wanting to slide off the bed. Nothing, except they probably could add some fruit and more cereals and variety to the breakfast, which was minimalist, very limited . No parking. The rooms were too small which we were aware of considering the whole building is small, the doors were noisy though. Only 1 fault is room was way to hot so in the night was sweating. The fact there was no hot water to have a shower & despite complaining numerous times nothing was done! No lift & had to walk 4 floors on very uneven stairs, rang for milk & had to go down to collect it. Small breakfast area and having to wait. However staff were very friendly and helpful, they were also very attentive. They more selections for the breakfast. Stairs! Shower sprayed everywhere. The shower was very tight space & the air con was Noisy at night but kept the room nice & cool. no lift, small room, some lightbulb issues !. room was a tad too small if staying more than a night or two. No one inform guest about power cut no internet that was one of the reason for choosing this hotel still wanted to gives them a chance I enquiry about extra night for 1 and they wanted to charge me 139 for a twin that same twin was at 99 on letsbookhotel.com a few minutes later no apologies was made too. The wet room (bathroom) was a bit cramped for a 6'1'' fella. did not like cold shower water on both checkout mornings need better climate control in room. No lift to go to upper floors. The room was very small even though it was a family room, couldn't fit suitcases in room. Bathroom was ridiculously small but usable. No aircon and the window didn't work correctly. No lift and stairs were a tight fit. London is an expensive town for accommodation and this was only just inside our budget. The room alone wasn't very clean — the fitted carpet needs to be exchanged. Only english breakfast was served. A poor option for vegetarians. Hotel room, and hotel itself were both very small. (Even by European standards) Windows, and some minor accommodations, didn't always work properly. I was there during a warm period and had to prop window open with garbage can. Very inconvenient staircase if you have heavy luggage. No lift. Guest room is quite humble. Wifi is free, only if you could establish connection.. does not have an elevator... my poor boyfriend had to climb the stairs with all the luggage. Also famous english breakfast... almost nothing to eat. Very-very small rooms, miserable shower combined with a toilet. And of course no bidet, no fridge, no safe. The room was small. The shower was so small I could hardly fit in. The internet connection was not working when I needed to use it. It was working 2 hours later though. I didn't like the four flights of stairs, no lift, the colour of the room - mustard and the mattress was lumpy. Small room, small shower room, broken shower head, noisy room from air conditioning plant. Rooms were too small and without air conditioning or even a fan. Heat was unbearable at times given the outside temperature. Really tiny rooms No elevator. Really tiny room up lots of stairs! But was fine for a short stay. Rooms a little small and no lift - we were on the 4th floor!. Stairs - I was on the 4th floor... Wifi connection not good speed had to go up 3 floors to the room and then realised that my room was twin when I ordered a double.
