We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.

Though rooms were small, they were well appointed, efficiently arranged and meticulously kept. The staff was stellar, the restaurant exceptional and the location as perfect as could be.   the staff were very helpful. they gave us a very big room and it was on the first floor which was very helpful considering i'm pregnant and had two young children with me.there is a bar in the hotel which allowes children in it so if you fancy a drink you can relax with your children.   The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the things we wanted to do. It was easy to drive too, with easy parking behind the hotel. It was also easy to get out of Edinburgh from this location. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.
