Alcolar keban hotel was a great hotel in Istnbul. First of all,The location of the hotel is one of the best spots at Taxim. It is a lil bit away from night clubs and totally safe. Second,The staff were totaly freindly and copportive moreover,They are smiling all the time. Third, The breakfast buffet was suitable and delicious and the service is very good. The room is clean and suitable for families. No smell or dirty items were found. Other items like iron and iron board are available on demand.

It's awesome hotel .. I highly recommend it for you all.. الفندق ممتاز للعوائل و الشباب العرب عن تجربه في فنادق تقسيم، رغم انه غرفه نوعا ما صغيره ، لكنها مناسبه ، و الفندق آمن مقارنه في منطقة تقسيم. The location is perfect. The staff was very pleasant and ready to help (since we were with kids, we wanted to change the room to a bigger room - they showed me 2 and I have transferred to a bigger room without any charge!). The breakfast was very good and the dining room is situated in the 8th floor, where a good view seen over the city. The hotel is well located right next to Taksim Square. The staff was very helpful. My room was quite comfortable and the facilities were up-to-date, including good Wifi connection. Breakfast was amazing. I would certainly stay at Alkoclar Kleban again. I've stayed 8 nights there with my family.. amazing hotel, very clean, the staff were so friendly and very very helpful, Enjoyed the Breakfast there <3, the hotel is just steps away to Taksim Square and to the Metro/bus stations... Hotel is situated very close to Takism square metro station and even closer to the main shopping street in Istanbul. Hotel has very nice terrace with the view for Taksim and Sea. Excellent friendly and helpfull staff. A good and safe location in the city centre. Nice interior design and comfortable rooms and lobby. Perfect for a city trip Istanbul!. Everthing , I do the check in at 10 am actully I suprised really, verry friendly staff great service & location since it's close to underground station. The hotel location is good, very close to metro and bus's stop. it is also near taksim street. The hotel staff are good people and helpful. The hotels is very good and the stuff is very friendly and helpful and they speaks English very good . the room is very nice. The hotel was clean and staf was verey nice.. I would say more than normally so in Istanbul where rudeness is common. The rooms were comfortable for 3 star class. Situated on a noisy street, rooms at the side or back are preferable. Breakfast is adequate but not very good. Comfortable but I got the sea view room it was very very small room less than 11 sm and not as mentioned 16m, the breakfast was good in the restorant on the top floor of hotel with sea view and also city view was nice. - Perfect location.. Just few steps from Taksim Sq. - Amazing view from the rooftop restaurant. - Friendly staff - nice lobby hall. i stayed in this hotel many times the location is super the service is ok. The location for busness is ok , the rooms are nuce but small. The hotel is cozy, close to the main square! I enjoyed it. the price against the room condition was too high. The location is excelent. Very near from taksim. Every thing was good. Excellent staff. Location. Breakfast was very very basic with cornflakes and lots of Turkish Style salami and cheese! Forget about the coffee and the cordial orange drink! You book a family room and get a double room with 2 portable beds added! Cheers... (never fly with that lot again...). Like every other review. It is just for location. Staff know it too. You don't book a hotel like this to be impressed. You simply book it to be close to town. Staff were very friendly in general. Yousef the receipsionist was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to him. Of course nothing is perfect in this life!. The noise of the cars and outside people were able to be heard in the room only when you open the Window which makes your sleep a lil bit hard. The room is small however, it is just a hotel room. You won't live your whole life there. So, don't take is as a major problem i'm sure you can handl it. only Wifi it's poor. I could not get another card for the room and the internet is a bit slow. No problems. The family rooms are so small :) and they need to work on their Internet connection, it's on and off every half an hour... All hotel rooms twın wıth two sıngle beds House keepıng need to be looked at. Hotel Need revonatıon ASAP. Bring some ear plugs for the city noise at night. Breakfast. the hotel rooms are too small, and the beds are uncomfortable, I cant recommend this hotel because of these beds. The receptionist insist to charge me for some Internationale calls we didn't make it ! he charged me for 45 and 29 mints internationals calls ! even the first call was made at 18:37 and the second call after it was 18:45 !! how come the first call was 45 mints !!!! but he said this is computer system we never touch it ! so I felt there is some game playing around ! and this is not descent from big hotel !!!!. The room is small. Just you can walk betwen the bed an wall الغرف صغيره. Breakfast were very limited. the only one thing i dont like is the towels its really consumed and you will think twice before using it. the room is small, and the bed was tiny, and uncomfortable. they advertised as turkey bath free but is not when you asked for it, they send you to the payment office. Also wifi is very poor. the room is little small and 1 elevatore is not enought for the hotel. No complaints. When we booked the hotel we paid by credit card & it was not made very clear to us that the booking was not taken from my card at the timr of. Booking & that we would have to pay on arrival and the price would be subject to the exchange rate on arrival rather than at the point of. Booking this could have caused a problem if I did not have my credit card with me as I do not always carry it with me when I am travelling. The breakfast buffet was so limited. Size of standard room, i can't get better room in other hotel with the price i payed. Small room. nothing to complain about. elevator is too slow...only 1 for 9 floors hotel. Carpets were very dirty in the rooms. The lift is very slow. - only location - very very small rooms ... The smallest hotel room I ever stayed in my life - bed & mattress not comfortable - dirty carpets , dirty bathroom ... No even a 2 stars cleaness standard - I reserved a family room but they told me it is not available & there is an error on letsbookhotel.com so they gave me two small double rooms. one elevator is not enough for this hotel. It is the 3 rd time I stayed at this hotel and I asked for upper floor room when I did my booking but the gave again 1st floor (noisy) so I am very dissapointed from the hotel managment si I will think twice in my next trip if I will stay again at this hotel. every thing was rather fair but the room was too small to be stayed even for one day. - When we arrived we booked 2 connected rooms for 6 person and we surprised that they give us 2 rooms only for 4 person - the rooms is very small - the brekgast is not good and the staff is not friendly. Narrow and small room. Hotel rooms were too small. Very bad location for taksim prostration and violation I didn't recommend for any body for non safety issues and the hotel can't help you in any thing. Breakfast buffet. Breakfast was very basic ands coffee was lower that basic level. The room offered was not available on arrival (at 20:00!!!) and even when it was ready, a double room with 2 extra beds was provided as a "family" room with 4 beds!. Guest policy, very plain rooms, unprofessional staff and the setting... The interance smell was very bad The smell of the toilets circlation was stinky Very noisy environment The heaters were open while we didn't need them Rooms are too small.
