Reception staff are wonderful, hotel location is just perfect in center. Easy access to shopping mall & just 10-15 walk to walking street. الفندق جيد و نظيف و موظفي الاستقبال بشوشين جدا. وموقع الفندق ممتاز بعيد ع منطقة العرب و يصلح للسكن العائلي. I liked the spacious room facility and even better was he location its right next the Ripleys Believe it or Not and the cinema is right acroos so was the Centeral Festival and not to forget walking street is just a walkable distance away.
所有评语 » Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, cheap laundry and nice massage salon at the same building! The hotel is close to Walking Street, Beach Road and at the same time rather home-like!. The staff went out of their way to assist me and honored a very reasonable price on the room. Nice place. Heaps of harakatt. The guy at the front RONNIE, his a legend.... Good value for money, Clean and comfortable. Nice looking rooms. Nice staff .good price . Not far from the beach. Hotel clean and great value for the price. Near the sea and the shopping centre. Nice staff, good location. the location of the hotel is very good. its 2 mins walking distance to ripleys believe or not , 5 mins walking distance to sea beach and 7-8 mins walking distance to walking street. hotel also have a spa for relaxation. beds were very comfy and the location was perfect for us. many shops,resturaunts and close to the night life but quiet at night. Good for shopping as its close to a number of shopping malls. Its 5mins walk to beach and 10mins to the walking street. It was close to walking street which is we're we wanted to be. I like hotel its small but nice. Most things ok. Location, safe, staff. Location. location. Great laundry service at reasonable prices. Great location. The garden is very beautiful, and location is great, only a few minutes walk to the pub street, quiet hotel. Nothing. It was horrible. Lighting in bathroom are very poor. تضايقت فقط بسب الاضاءة في الحمام. The hotel's resaturant does not work after breakfast time. Bathroom, toilet, washbasin - all in one. At least a shower curtain to separate. Leaking tap in bathroom. Wifi keeps dropping out and the walls are very thin. Cleaners in the morning are quite noisy. They didn't found my reservation. Toilet is very small. bathroom in the deluxe room is quite very small and not upto mark. spa is bit expensive than better ones outside the hotel. lots of banging as workmen were working in some rooms although not too early 9am it wasn't very good after a late night out. Outside was very dirty with rubbish piled up for a week. Cleaners wasn't the best and didn't change the sheets. Also its was under construction so was very noisy from 9 till 7. The bed was really hard, lucky though that we only booked for 1 night. I don't like the space of my room because I booked big room but I see small room. Bathroom needs improvement, bathroom doors not private enough, air-con too weak. could not sleep because of the noise + cleanness. Not enough shower gel. One two staff members are attentive and rest are just there. No room service. Staff couldn't speak English. House keeping very lazy, not changing sheets. No decent view. I would rate this hotel at below average. Nothing. Everything. No dvd. No pool. No room service. No laundry. Place was dirty.
