Friendliness of staff. Neat appearance of room. Beautifully made beds. Very convenient situation, eg especially only 5 mins walk from Catelonia airport bus.stop. A nice room with a good bed. Location is good.Excellent help from the hotel staff. room location staff. Location, comfort and cleanness of the hotel. The staff is excellent! All of them were extremely helpful and spoke fluent English. I could not say enough about the staff. They exceeded any expectations I may have had.I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was clean and spacious.

The location, helpful staff. the location is perfect to visit the barri gotic, eixample is also near and both born and barceloneta are quite easy to reach. So it is possible to get almost everywhere in the center by simply walking, which is my favourite way. Room was definetely ok, whith comfortable bathroom and balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff; fantastic location, large bedroom, plenty of hot water and good water pressure,. The hotel was very well located - near the Cathedral and Ramblas area. It was near the hop-on-hop-off stop as well. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful.A very well priced hotel and convenient for all the sights of Barcelona. location. We could not make the room safe work. Obviously this was inconvenient. As it was April the air-conditioning was not on. but it should have been as this would have allowed us to shut the window and shut out street noises. However, good earplugs should do the trick!. Traffic noise reached inside, but the ear plugs helped.Breakfast too expensive. It was hard to find the hotel.Needed one comfortable chair in room. Very clean and good positioned. lift was a little small. the street outside the hotel was quiet noisy during the night.we had a good time, no complaints !. Because it's so central there's inevitably late night noise outside.tiny bathroom, noise from other rooms and outside was a bit much, room temperature fluctuated a little too much (but staff tried to be accommodatin), breakfast seemd pricey (not included in room price). Felt that the hotel staff were working on comission to recommend specific restuarants, taxi firms, outings to you, although they were not pushy about it. Just meant you weren't sure if you were getting an unbiased view.poor sound insulation traffic noise all night long the safe was broken i reported it on the door label but nothing happened. Heat could not be controlled in room.noisy- doors very easy to slam shut. The noise level from the surrounding streets in the room at night is exceptionally loud, even with the windows closed and I found it difficult to get to sleep.Very noisy at night (a Saturday night). It is a pity they don't include the breakfast in the price. At night the noise outside and inside was not great, taking into account this hotel is in the centre, it was alright, though some guest were noisy.better chose a room at upper floors, a little noisy in the morning. no internet service.No tea / coffee making facilities in the room. There was a lot of noise coming from the street below all night. The rate was also fairly high for the quality of the facilities.quite noisy at night outside.
