the location was perfect, right in the center of placa de catalunia. very nice hopsitality, always clean rooms and bathrooms. romms small but just perfect for travellers who use the room only for spending the night, but rather prefer to walk on the streets and reach every part of the city so easily. cause since you're in the center, you can easily reach everywhere by walking, metro, buses or taxis.
所有评语 » Lucho is very friendly and welcomin person, but he also gave us space and waited for us to come to speak to him rather than the other way around. Hostel was clean and situation perfect, not in a bad area at all. You can watch the police men walk under your balcony in a quite busy street :) I will definitely stay here also the next time I´m in Barcelona!. It's very good located,always clean,nice and helpful administrator.If you go to Barcelona to walk around all day & discover the city; and if you need a place only to sleep at night you better gotta choose here. Almost everything was good. We got a good deal for a room with balcony. The location is right in the Gothic district. Shared toilets were cleaned regularly. Lucho, the administrator was very helpful. great location, very helpful staff, we were able to leave our luggage, front rooms had great view of the street, spotlessly clean, I would definitely recommend this Pension. Fantastic location! Lucho the owner is kind and helpful. And Pensión Arosa is a very clean place in the heart of BCN. Proximity to the center of Barcelona and Las Ramblas. The manager Lucho Vasques was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff. The owner Lucho is easy going and helpful. And he is always cleaning the (bath)rooms and corridors. - Good location - Noises from the street doesn't get into room (but noises from other room are). Good location,. location. The location is fantastic, on a shopping street just off Plaza de Catalunya. The room is clean, the fridge is decent-sized and is also clean, surprizingly so. The manager is helpful and friendly. You get to keep your keys so you're free to come and go around the clock. The common bathroom is reasonable clean. All in all, good value for money. Lucho, the owner. He is very kind and helpfull. And important: he's always busy with cleaning the rooms, bathrooms and corridors. The location of the hotel is great. Very near to La Rambla and the Aerobus. Near to the Aerobus. In the heart of the city. Great owner!. The owner Lucchio is very friendly and helpful. nothing, it was just the right place for my needs. If you just want a normal faceless hostel then maybe this one is not for you, because all the rooms are in the same lobby and Lucho is there also (all the time) so it almost felt like we were in his home and not in a hostel. But for us that was nice!. Wifi doesn't work in the room. You have to climb a flight of stairs before you get to the elevator. Nothing. - It's a bit hard to find a door to Pension in your first time (look for a green door and go upstairs to 2nd floor). My single room was depressingly uber-basic and most probably was a part of a corridor in a previous life. The window overlooks a (very) grubby courtyard. No tv and, more importantly, no air-conditioning which may become a real problem in the summer months. None of the things mentioned was a deal-breaker for me but I wouldn't plan for a long stay here. The single room has too less space for luggage. Lucho, please move the fridge, so the customers have space for their bag. Actually nothing. The wifi signal was sometimes poor.
