The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, within walking distance to top attractions. The room was pretty basic and quite small, but it was clean, neat and had beautiful brand new ensuite bathroom. As I said, the room was basic, but hey what would you need?! You won't spend much of your time sitting at the hotel room, it's Amsterdam!!!
Reception people very friendly and extremely nice.

I have stayed there for three nights and I am statisfied. Rooms are clean, bathroom is nice, staff is ok. The bed was really nice, I slept well.
I had minor issue with Invoice because I needed it with VAT ID and everything but it was sorted out fast.
It is excellent value for the money. For that price range I highly recommend it.
Location is excellent - 2 minutes walking from Leidseplein. The room was simple yet practical - as expected for it's price. The staff was very nice and helpful; room was ready for us early, as they knew we were coming. Nina's smile, kindness, and practical advice were very helpful indeed.

Even though I had a garden view room, it still was a bit loud at night. There are some clubs nearby. Another thing, the noisy British tourists who lived next door to my room were wondering around the whole night, and closed the door each time with a very loud noise.

shower is a bit uncomfortable as it splashes everything, but thats typical dutch way, and for this price we found that acceptable.
The noise on the streets outside, It's right in the centre and I knew it well beforehand but if you're looking for the best location then this is the place to stay.
Had not realized the hotel was quite so close to square full of bars. Friday night was terrible, loud crowds outside window until after 4:00am. There was no staff during the night.
