location of the hotel near shoping area i.e the mosque and the bazar The staff are freindly ,though reception needs to be more dynamic and electronically supported ,system some times are down. The staff there was not quite kind and helpful. It was somehow strange that they refused our friend to visit us in the room even when it was just in the daytime. Staff were great very helpful The hotel itself looks a bit tired but the room was great, very modern bed and comfortable, also very clean.

The hotel staff is very nice and the hotel services are exactly what is described on the web-site. The hotel is on the center of the city and very close to the tram station. very nice staffs and good price. Locationi is good not far from the port. Nice hotel and located in a nice area in the heart of Casablanca. Everything was very nice, really there is nothing to complain!. i like everything. cosy old fashioned place. Friendly staff with can-do attitude. Location Customer relation. Was good experience. Nice room. Well situated in the city, close to most things. The room had a nice size and standard for the price we paid. Everything worked fine, cleaning, heat and so on, no complaints. Though the staff didn't speak great English, they were very helpful! Will definitely recommend this hotel, if you need a nice hotel to stay at, while exploring the city. The receptionist was incredible. I was surprised at how well he dealt with very demanding and disrespectful customers. The staff were very kind to me and were helpful in giving advice. Location only. nothing i liked in this old dirty building (which they call hotel) with horrible facilities. to be fair, casablanca is a nice clean city which worth visiting but not stay in this horrifying hotel. Nothing. no numerical safe box! the key of the safe box is not convenieant, and premitive as amatter of fact. The hotel reception area looks a bit tired but the room was good. Dampness of the rooms. It was very hard to breathe and because my husband is an astmatic we had to spend a lot of time and effort to move the bed closer to the window. The bathroom needs some maintenance and the TV channels ate very limited. Though it is a nice hotel, it was rated as a four stars hotel. I think it is a three stars hotel. It was a bit old and they tried to keep it up and keep it clean. I think they should market it as a three stars instead of four stars. nothing that i unlike. This is a 3 star hotel at maximum. It's old, fixtures are old, bathrooms are old, beds are old... Shower Head is handling from ceiling, impossible to move it Cost of the minibar stuff, as usual Pay attention to your invoice when checking out (some small mistakes)... The breakfast was really was below standard. Compared to ther hotels at the same price in the immediate vicinity, your hotel really needs a good makeover to compete. Service at Reception was not good. A continental breakfast is not included in the accommodations and is an extra charge. The facility is in need of renovation because the building is old. The WIFI was very, very weak and only worked in my hallway. We requested a non-smoking room but we could smell cigarrete smoke anyway and the surface of the bed was uneven. Also the bathroom was not very clean; I found traces of human feces on one of the bathroom's walls and the bathtub was clogged. in the morning, water stopped working! hair dryer was out of function. there was some hair in the bathtub. no wifi connection in the room althought it's written wifi is avalable in all areas. The most unhelpful/ Rude Front Staff ever. When we left the receptionist followed us on his motorbike regarding a bottle of water he think we didn't pay for. Was very embarrassing on the Street. Don't recommend this place at all. Prostitutes at the bar, this is not hotel with deserves the stars they have and I would not recommend to people just looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Not really a 4-star hotel, kind of dated. This is by no means a 4 star hotel. I would give it 2 stars. It was clean and has a good location but thats pretty much it. Ugly, i hated everything about this hotel, its dirty, staff are rude and not helpful....will never ever think about footing a step in this filthy hotel again. by all means, one of the worst hotel i have booked in ever. Honestly, it was such a shame to stay at that hotel. They accused me of using the mini bar and having some of the drinks were there whereas I never did. Also they did not recognize the prize that I had from letsbookhotel.com hence they charged me way more than the real prize that I was given by letsbookhotel.com. Literally the staff were such looters. everything else. The hotel was 4 star when it opened now it needs to be renewed from the dirty carpet to the missing tiles. Room was stinking. Staff totally ignorant even about the hotel position. Didn't even have a city map. Everything... Staff opens the door at night and take things from your room, and when you complain they say "it's only us!" while they didnt want to issue invoice when I decided to leave the hotel after 1 night... etc. Attitude of staff and reception,they lied to us several times, very bad and old sheets,we asked for new sheets the never get, very bad pilows, insects in the room, small bed not double. They tried to charge on s a breakfast we didnt get, very old room,shower break, thee I no enough light in the room, This hotel should be a one star hotel and max 15 euros night, I can demostrate all with pics.
