1. Location ! It's super close to LRT, KTM,monorail and bus stations. U can go EVERYWhere in KL from this place. Great location makes our trip less tiring and confusing in a new place.. I love this location!! We checked in this hotel for 8 days 2. Our room was 1406 non smoking room, which is on the 14 th floor and the 15 th floor is designed for executive suit .....Our room is clean, quiet and spacious with all the facilities.. 2 bottled water , tea bags and coffee everyday placed on the mini.
所有评语 » Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL. Good location being close to the kl Sentral Railway station and shopping mall and the monorail station. Metro system very easy to use and reasonably priced journeys. The airport express direct to kl Sentral station is very convenient indeed. Good facilities in the rooms and the breakfast arrangements catering well to Asian tastes (I love Malaysian food) but perhaps less so to Non-Asian tastes but still it was reasonable. Value for money, with facilities (satellite TV, WiFi, AC) all working well, and room very clean. Twin-bed room roomy and comfortable. No frills but complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room. Great location, a couple of blocks from Central Sation and located in Little India area, amid variety of restaurants and small shops, in one of which I found - and bought - the most beautiful sari I have ever seen in my life!. The location was great, it is situated less than 5 minutes walk to the kl sentral and monorel station which will enable you to move easily to all parts of kl. Easy access to food and a few 24 hrs convenient store. We event get to watch our favourite EPL match in one of the restaurant. The staff were good they help us to change room without any extra cost as our room was a bit stuffy. I used this hotel for a one night stopover. It was brilliant in meeting my needs as a grass roots traveller- location to both bus and train station fantastic; excellent restaurants nearby; staff were most courteous and helpful. For the price and what it provides you can't do better. i will be back. Booking .com meant there were no hassles with the booking.. The location is very close to the main train station that you could go on foot to catch the train and even bus to anywhere in Kuala Lumpur. I have got the attached rooms that make me easy to monitor my children. letsbookhotel.com has very good partnership with this hotel that we had no problem when checking in late at nite. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious, it is quite enough to sleep well. Great location just near kl sentral, easy access to lcct airport via skybus or aerobus, especially in night time or early morning. 24h Mcdonald close by, and metro station just 20 meters away. Many minimarket shops around, cheap laundry in Ymca. I have stayed at your hotel before and so booked again. This was for a one night stopover when travelling on Air Asia from Australia to Hong Kong. My wife and I found that the location was easy walking distance to and from the Central bus station. And that the room and breakfast suited our needs well. Very good location close to the Sentral station and places of interest like National Museum, old Kuala lumpar station etc. Good selection of buffet breakfast, very useful facilities of making tea and cofee in your room. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good value for money. I have always found this hotel so convenient, walking distance to to the monorail station & Sentral station. The price I paid is good. As long as the price remains in this bracket I will always use it & certainly recommend to my friends, which I have already done. Room is simple and clean especially the toilet. Shower is hot enough. KL monorail just in front of the building. Once the new shopping mall done, you don't have to walk far to KL sentral, which is very convenient to get transportation for airport, bukit bintang etc. My wife and I, love to stay in a central hotel kuala lumpur, because according to our wishes, good service, facilities and location of the hotel is very good, and I had booked for the second time, God willing, on 22-25 December 2013, sorry my english is not good. location is very good little problem only to walk from sentral station because of lot of constraction works very good hotel to stay breakfast was also ok room quiet and clean it was chinese new years night many action would stay again when visit next time kl. Good deals for city transport travel cards available at the station. I like the location. It is centrally located and you can reach out to any part of the city from it. Location is essential for traveler like me. vicinity to KL Sentral makes it easier for me to travel anywhere. Even though, my duration in my room is not that long, the housekeeping keep my room clean, Thump up the department. Their staffs was very friendly--especially a young chinese boy who handled my check in--, so lucky the room type that we choosed (superior room) was fully booked then they upgrade it to deluxe room at the same price ^^. The Hotel is Centraly Located near the kl Sentral mtr Station. The hotel is suitavted in little india so Indian travellers can enjoy Indian Food. Next the rooms are very clean and all the staffs are friendly and good. The hotel is centrally located behind the KL Sentral Monorail Station. The room is a bit small but enough for two persons. The location of the hotel is very convenient. After arriving from airport to Sentral Station by bus it takes just 5-10 minutes walking from the station to the hotel. The second stay was an improvement with NO issues with the facilities or the bedroom!. Although the hotel is physically quite close (perhaps 10 mins walk or less) to the kl Sentral Railway Station where the Airport Express terminates, actually navigating to the hotel is quite confusing. The hotel could help by giving explicit directions E.G. go down one level immediately after leaving the rear of the station then walking to road junction and crossing on the pedestrian lights taking the next road left down to the hotel. Nothing. I would happily stay there again and recommend the hotel to others. The bed is too low. No hand towel n soap. The area is not safe as we almost experience being snatched. But we were alerted by the locals. Shop owner. I just wished I had stayed a few more nights. Few staff has very poor English that makes us a bit difficult to communicate. Need to train their staff for better improvement in serving the clients. No access to wifi in our room. Athough staff was very kind but when we askedhow to get to some places the only advice we got was to take taxi from outside hotel. The tourist information at Sentral station was very helpful. The walls could do with a good coat of paint, as they are getting shabby. Aircon gets cool very slow. all ok. The telephone in my room didn't work and no attention was paid to it. In our corporate structure, we need a dependable maintenance culture. We don't have to wait for everything to collapse before acting. A stitch in time saves nine. It was in KL Sentral, near Indian town, so it was quite difficult to find a good restaurant nearby for us. Budget rooms a little bit small, without windows, but you can get to used to it. My room was a bit run down...missing tiles in the bathroom and shower, worn linens and mattresses. Room a little smelly but fair for the price. Express rooms are not in the main coridor, they're in other side of the building (right side after main door). It's feel like hidden rooms with reserve guest. The hotel is not located in the safest of areas. If you are out and about at night, take a taxi back to the hotel rather than public transport. If travelling by taxi, make sure you state that you want to go to Hotel Sentral near kl Sentral. (There is another Hotel Sentral in Pudu and you may end up doing a detour there if you are not specific with the address). All good. the surroundings around the hotel is not very comfortable as it will be very dark at night. be careful of your belongings and alert with people around you. Neighborhood quite dirty. Maybe noisy room at times due to nearby monorail station. if someone open the door in the outside, you can hear the ound from ur room, its making noise. blurry, grainy flat screen TV. But hey, who would watch TV while on vacation?!. we only stayed one night but during our stay the wifi didn't work so well in the room, it went on and off and sometimes really slow. It could be due to the location of the room but we didn't stay long enough to test it out. The shower head was faulty and it was splashing water everywhere. Improvement in hospitality to make customer comfortable. The room I stayed in was a bit small.
