Beautiful panorama view over Seoul from our hotel room. Staff friendly and no fuss at check in and check out. Easy access from Incheon Airport. Take Bus number 6020 (Fare is 15000 Won p/p) or from Gimpo Airport take Bus number 6000 (Fare is 7000 Won p/p) Tell the bus driver that you want to get off at the Yeoksam bus stop. Turn right at Starbucks and walk 50m and you will arrive at the hotel . Hotel is also 100m from Yeoksam subwaystation. (Exit 4) No experience from breakfast since not inclu.
所有评语 » The location in very good , next to subway station ( yoek’sum exist 4) , there are more than 3 cafe shops too close, restaurants and others facilities. And take a bus number 6020 from airport to hotel because it stop next to hotel and the price around 15$ USD. For using the subway , I advise to you to buy a T-money card which is pre-paid cards and you can used it for all kind of transportations . The location is excellent - both for airport bus (6020 from Incheon) and access to Yeoksam station. The rooms are designer like and bed is very comfortable. cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast is a bit hodge podge but all in all an excellent choice for few nights stay. not close to centre but easy to reach there. WiFi is excellent and freely available in rooms. The bed was really comfortable. I almost had to drag myself out of bed every morning. Its value for money since its near Gangnam (a stop away). Though it would really help if directions to the hotel via limousine bus from Incheon is elaborated. I got a couple of irritated glances from the driver by asking him which stop and how to get to Mercure. Localization -very close to subway station, comfortable room and good bed. Clean, quite, comfortable. For my experience can say - it was one of best bathroom I have (small but comfortable, water was just excellent). Good and free WiFi. Cattle in the room. Hotel is close to nice coffee and tea places. Good connection with airport by limo bus. The Hotel location is excellent , Staff is very helpful and good English Speaker . Room very comfy . Starbucks front of the hotel . Bus stop and Metro Station exact by hotel . Korean People are very polite . Korean food very spicy and hot . Area very safe as everywhere . Take tour form the hotel book they pick you from hotel everywhere . My wife was getting a lasik in Gangnam area and this hotel was basically at the center of everything. The clinic, shopping area, food and subway station were all in less than 10 min walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and modern, rooms were bit small but relatively ok (given the crowded area). It s more like a business hotel...I don't think it s a five star hotel, and the room was small...but when I was in other hotels in Seoul, the rooms were small too... however..this hotel is nice and clean, and u can enjoy city view in ur room. Arrived early, the staff went out of their way checking me in early. the good with this hotel is a 20mtrs from metro.you can go anywhere with this.the price its was good and the stuff very friendly and help all the time in my any question.if i be back i seoul i will stay there 10000%. Cleanliness of the hotel is the most important factor to me and second is the location. And this hotel exceeds my expectation. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Seoul. Had problems with airport limo bus (6020) - tickets from Hotel somehow were not accepted by bus driver. Room Size is small . The bathrooms have glass walls that might make people uncomfortable. Toothbrush was not free so we paid 12 bucks for 2 sets of toothbrush (a complete rip off), hotel amenities were very limited with tiny tiny shampoo, shower gel etc. Not many English channels to watch on the tv. The view was limited and un-inspiring. The bathroom walls are glass, which is beautful and fine for families and honeymooners but I went with a friend...so bathroom time was a little awkward... Rooms are a bit too small. Limited room menu Extremely expensive rooftop menu - cannot sit with a view on the city if you don't order a full bottle of wine which range between 100 and 500$. Not be ideal for more than one person - very little closet space, even for one. The toilet in Bathroom is not working perfectly, a little improvement is needed. Even executive rooms are a bit small. Good for single person but limited space for two. The staff in the restaurant offer poor service. Menu is very limited. the room is very small. Bring your earplugs during summer, as the airco is a bit noisy. Except from that the hotel is very comfortable. our non-smoking room smelt of smoke however it was cleaned beautifully. The room is small. One staff seems to be not so friendly. Very bad air condition and no privacy to toilet. Huge breakfast but not very tasty food. After a few days I started eating breakfast outside of the hotel instead. room is small but , cleaness covers that disadvantage. so keep clean every conners.. i consider cleaness is important. No cooperation from reception team, when you ask for something it seems that you are bothering them also, no english speakers. Food... i can't eat too much Non vegetarian and that too Korean style. Bath amenities (bath gel) were not renewed on time. no body cleaned my rubbish bin.... restaurant food lacks of inspiration. AC was broken and the only advice from reception was to open the window! I also needed to call reception 3 times before they picked up the phone. That there are no taxi nearby and nobody at the door to help with this. Also my shower cabin was leaking into the bathroom. Rooms too small Buffet restaurant not very attractive. Must pay to use the sauna. A hotel should make it clear if any of the facilities they advertise must be paid for. Gym was free but sauna was not. I felt a little deceived. Room is too small and bathroom is easy to get wet. it is not on the main street, but a bit inside the passage, so the view is to the less interesting part of gangnam. Breakfast a bit repetitive... ....except the price for b'fast. - The evacuation stairways are blocked by chairs and tables at various levels... not very cautious. - There are not enough typical corean cookings at the restaurant. - The running machines at the gym are impossible to run on. Did you try them recently?. Maintenance could be improved.
