The hotel was very comfortable and had the usual features we expect from hotels in this price range.The room was well heated on what was one of the coldest nights of the year. The receptionist on duty at check in was very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately.Room service for breakfast arrived exactly at the time we requested. The staff at the Killarney Court were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming, this made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable and Menu selections were very well varied, delicious and nicely priced. For us, The Killarney Court will be recieving a return visit.
所有评语 » The staff was very pleasant and helpful. An example of this was when we asked for food after serving hours and they offered to make us up some food especially for us. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and room for my 4yr old to play and amuse herself and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the room was excellent. Staff were very friendly and the restraunt food was great. It was a pleasure to stay, the staff and hotel were of the highest standard and the rooms were excellent.Staff were friendly and amenable to any requests. Hotel was well situated just outside of town centre. The room was very nice and comfortable and the bar was also a nice place to sit and have some dinner. The rooms are very nice, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and attentive. Easy access to the town centre, staff extremely obliging and helpful. Hotel very comfortable. Friendly staff and plenty of parking available. Short walk to town centre (just over 1Km). I was very impressed with the courtesy of the staff and the comfort of the room.I have so say service was excellent - haven't even 1 complaintabout the hotel. The location was great, as we were on our way to Tralee and it was on the right road, yet close to town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere and the room was very comfortable.The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - we felt as if they were looking forward to meeting us! The room was clean and sophisticated. Staff were excellent, I'm afraid the food I ate (Chicken and mushroom in a cream sauce) was very bland, but that would be my only fault. our stay was for only one night but the room and comfort was excellent the receptionist was very helpful ith any queries we had. Friendly staff,cleanliness of room and found the foyer comfortable and spacious to have a drink as I had my children with me.parking was a little tight but managed to squeeze in!!!!. Didn't have breakfast included in the rate, so not sure of the quality of that.breakfast payable separately. Nightly entertainment would make our stay more enjoyable. Otherwise than that, I could not fault the hotel.we ate at the bar as the dinning room was opened but not available the food was nice but the service was not great the waiter was not very helpful cane in later that night after a walk and asked for a coffee but was told machine was not cleaned and the could not make any coffee other than bar staff hotel was great.
