  The location was right beside the Nice Ville Train Station. Can easily walk to anywhere in Nice or take a train to Monaco or Cannes!   Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Breakfast is outstanding, and includes some homemade treats along with a stunning view of the water. The hosts Max, Lea and Remi are so kind and really make this place special. The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche! Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if extremely clean.

The owner "Jo" was warm and friendly and always available to assist with ideas for local sights or train/bus schedules. Loved waking up to the smell of that. Also e - The location was perfect and the room was so big and clean - great value. Josephine had good recommendations for dining. She's very welcoming, but pretty stern about turning the AC off and wiping the water off the shower when you're done to prevent mold, which I had no problem with, but was just surprised. I would definitely recommend staying here. The shared bathroom is not ideal, but it's worth it for the location and size/cleanliness of the room. I loved my stay in Nice.

  The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place is ideal to get away from the noise and bussle after a day in the city or on the beach. Our room (Azur) was large and comfortable and always clean, with all the necessities and a fantastic balcony view.   The staff was very friendly, though the English was not perfect it was enough to settle things we needed. The room was very clean and comfy, with a separate entrance and a small garden before.
