The hotel is in the best location and very easy to reach from the bus station. All people are very kind and helpful. The receptionist is the best. I am very thankful to her. She came 30 minutes earlier than her usual time only to help me. so kind of her. I needed a taxi at 7:50am I requested her to call a taxi for me. Although her working time started only after 8am, she came at 7:30 only to help me...too helpful.
所有评语 » If you are going to the city for a short time and don't want to spend much this is good place to stay, since the room hasn't much space but it's comfortable. It's close to the bus station and to the tram stop. There are good options to have breakfast around. The staff speak english and is very helpful. Very nice room. Nice and modern decoration. Clean! Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception that even offered me an Expresso Coffee when I arrived late at night, from the airport. Breakfast not included but many cheap options nearby. Tram and bus station very close. Definitely recommended!. excellent location, central bus station is just round the corner; good communications with trams going to all parts of Zagreb; very friendly staff - the lady at the reception would offer us coffee and useful tips for our stay. A really friendly and comfortable hotel, only 5 min walk from the terminus of the airport bus. 2 min walk to trams to the city centre and railway station. You can also walk to the city centre in about 20 min. Very good value. The location of Villa Zrina makes it a great place for quick visits to Zagreb. It is very near the main bus station and near a tram stop served by most lines. The room is comfortable and modern. The reception staff was very friendly and attentive. Modern, clean and functional rooms, conveniently located within walking distance from the bus station. The room was very well designed with a lovely bathroom. I got a single but the bed was closer to a double. Staff were very friendly. 300 meters from bus station & a 10 min trip to old city on the tram outside the door. Close to the bus station so good for late arrivals and early departures. The owner is helpful and the location is close to the bus stop. Close to tram. It's a little bit noisy because of traffic around, church's bell, but nothing that makes impossible to sleep. I was a little angry 'cos around 9am on Sunday, somebody decided to stick a wall and to hammer something in the next room without even checking if was there someone in my room. Nothing to say. No lift - be prepared to carry your luggage some 30 steps if you happen to be in rooms 1or 2 . Unfortunately they do not provide breakfast but you can get coffee from reception, and there is a local restaurant that does breakfast 50 meters away. The air conditioning brought a strong smell into the room. The room wasn't cleaned during my stay. A lot of noise from busy road and tram line.Could do with double glazing. nothing. I like a dark room for sleeping. The translucent windows on front door let in too much light. The combination of pillow height and firmness meant sleeping with too much bend in my neck. I found this all through Croatia. Boo. Mattress was soft but with little support. Lying one it crates a single large depression centered on one's hips. Bit far from downtown but in front of tram line that takes you right into the center. The room was a little small but OK for one night. The hotel is close to a busy main road so we did hear some traffic noise and the church bell sounded early in the morning. Rooms very small.
