It appears to be a new building and easy to find. One off-street parking spot was reserved for us. Our double was airy, quiet, immaculate, tastefully appointed and the bed big and comfortable. Marica, who is very personable, checked us in and then spent quite some time patiently answering all of our questions and also layed out a walking tour of the city for us. We took the tram for the short ride (10 min., Hrk 10 to 12) to the center of Zagreb; its stop is only a 5 min. Walk from the Villa. Fo.
所有评语 » Extremely helpful and friendly staff; clean rooms; good WI-FI in the room (at least on the 1st floor, where I was); easy to find (around 10 to 15 mins. by tram from the Central Bus station to station Mandalicina and not more than several minutes walking to the hotel). The staff sends you an e-mail with detailed explanation about the way of payment, the itinerary from the bus/railway station or the airport and other useful info concerning your stay in the hotel. I will definitely recommend the h. Great apartment with low budget. Clean, tidy, quiet and spacious room. I and my husband were touched that the male staff helped us. We had to see a doctor on holiday in Croatia. He made effort to find out the best way for us. When we walked to the hospital, a car stopped, it was the sraff! We were travelling europe for 50days, it was the best favor we had gotten. I would like to say thank you to him. Without him we could not keep going our long vacation! Recommend to other vusitors, get insuran. The place is located about 10 min. by tram from the centre of the city and the tram stop itself is just a short walk away. There is a small supermarket ("Konzum") near the tram stop as well and a small bakery just around the corner. The studio apartment we stayed in was on the first floor (101) and was clean and in good condition. The facilities are fantastic and modern (kitchenette, microwave, good bathroom) and the location is an easy tram ride away from the centre (lower town). The walk into the centre, though a bit long, is scenic enough, and there are many facilities within easy reach. Parking is available too. Highly recommended. Nice place to stay, clean, air-conditioned, free wifi and parking. Fridge, microwave, kitchen sink included. Its 2.5 km from the hotel to the statue in the main square, I walked it twice and measured the distance with my GPS. Tram from around the corner takes you into the city in a few minutes. Host provided excellent directions to the hotel from the bus / train station - I wish more places offered this service! She also provided advice on where to visit in the city. My room was nice, with a good private bathroom and small kitchenette. There's also a small area to sit down outside. 10 minutes from the centre by tram and walk in a safe quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room although a bit compact was nicely furnished, comfortable and had a good bathroom. Most importantly the bed was comfortable. No hesitation in recommending this hotel. The receptionist was a friendly young woman who provided helpful information. Modern accommodation and clean. You need to take the tram to get to the centre. It's a five-stop trip, otherwise you have to walk for 20-30min. Even if we haven't had any problems at all, it didn't feel completely safe to walk around at night, however I think the whole city might be like that, leaving apart the centre. Minor flaws - does not hold shower, in the bathroom is no furniture for small things (cosmetics, combs), etc. But really they are just minor flaws. Due to the overall satisfaction of these deficiencies sorry :-). Nothing. We didn't find the hotel from the first time, but after a half hour we found it. When we arrived we found the room overhead light not working. The one woman staff there brought a replacement bulb, but that did not fix it. She said someone would fix it the next day, but that did not happen, and then the day after we were gone. far from the center. Good in every respect. Room a bit small. Bathroom - very cheap equipment .
