The staff was wonderful! SO accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic. The hotel is brand-new, well-designed, comfortable and conveniently located - close to the heart of the city but also far enough away from the noise so you sleep soundly. My husband and I were sad to leave the hotel - we enjoyed our stay that much! Thank you!.
所有评语 » The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great. Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile). Certainly the best hotel to stay in Zagreb! Great acomodations, new hotel, great personal working, awesome gym, clean and safe. I do recomend it to everyone. A bit far away from the old town though (25-30min safe walk). Absolutely everything, a hotel of real high quality, comfortable and clean rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows with great view of Zagreb, amazing pool, spa center and gym, nice bar and great food at the restaurant. Certainly the best hotel now in Zagreb. Very good value for money. Clean, modern, nice breakfast, and the staff serving you with an honest smile. For sure this is the hotel to stay in Zagreb now!. Hotel had no concierge services to help on tours, where to go etc. Weak Wifi connection in the rooms, very small swiming pool. I was finishing with my breakfast when the waiter asked me if I wanted coffee and there were 8 (eight) people in the restaurant It took him quite long to see me :). nothing. underground garage -4/-5, too slow to get out & internal passage to hotel part, only one lift. wi fi wasnt work good, rooms are located in a middle of towel, need to wait elevator. Towels in bathroom could be better quality for this hotel. In bathroom was only shampoo and and lotion. We couldn't stay more nights! :). Pool was closed due to the annual cleaning. Towel in wellness are old?!. Nothing. Breakfast,spa area. The service is horrible - the staff is friendly but they don't do their job. Internet wasn't working properly, they promised to send someone which never happened. The cleaning staff forgot to fill in coffee, small towels, etc. Once they even forgot to clean our room. When in Hilton, you don't expect to remind the staff continuously of their job.
