It was great value for the money and great location for us (we attended an event in South Park). We were allowed to bring our two dogs without an extra charge. 11th floor also had a great view!. The staff is very friendly, very nice location, close to every place that you need to visit for spending a perfect night out (cab ride not more then 3EUR) Parking place at site!. Convenient to metro, bus, mall. Wifi in room was excellent. Spacious rooms.
所有评语 » Clean room - polite friendly staff - great breakfast. The reception staff, especially the girls. Male staff were grumpy. price/location ratio, breakfast was looking OK, wifi. Very good internet wifi. Large room, good bed, newly renovated bath room. Location. It was close to the point i wanted to be. Nothing. Toilet/bathtub/etc were a tight fit. Carpet is very old (would be better to have tile floors). Your information about parking is not true. They charge 5 euro per day not 3.5 euro as it is announced in the letsbookhotel.com site. Even that I asked for a double bed I had a room two separated beds room. Replace the men in the reception with some friendly ladies. Also the smoking lounge is directly below the rooms ' windows. If you open the windows, one can smell and feel the cigarettes. very intermediate condition, just for a day or two. I asked for double bed and recieved twin beds; they cleaned only the bathroom; looks a little comunist. Strip club in the hotel, not so clean room, no safty box in the room. Some staff have the old communist attitude, for example when asked what is served for breakfast, the receptionist did not know and did not care to find out. Old and dirty, old bathroom, carpet smelled, corridors dangerous with floating old carpets and rugs! Windows filthy. It was dirty. We found food on the flor of our room. One of the two beds was broken , we used the trash bin to fix it. We stayed three nights they cleaned only one and never changed the towels. We could not lock the door , only after trying 3,4 times . Poor breakfast .Not fresh bread , no fresh ham or cheese. What was left from the previous day was served at the next day.Only one type of cofee . Sure not an Hotel that we were happy to be and sure not an Hotel that we propose to anyone else . 1)Iclosed 2ble bed they gave me 2 separate beds 2)asked for 2ble though the hotel was empty they refused 3)the room was smelling bad.... 4)the breakfast was like one in south corea communism hotels 5)the next day i pay cash and they didnt gave me back change they said they hadn t !!!!!!NEVER AGAIN STAY THERE!!!!!. Very untidy room! In the bathroom was a terrible smell all the time. Furniture, curtains very deteriorated. I will never go to that hotel again!. miserable.
