The apartment was very spacious and felt luxurious. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, etc. The location was great. Communication through e-mail by the hosts was polite and friendly.
Staffs are very friendly even they speak little english.
This is a very new clean and neat modern apartment. All are like in the pictures.

Great location, well designed with great decor.
Location, and complete kitchen.

-own bedrooms!

Location is convenient; price was good.
The lights in the smaller bedroom didn't work. There are no blinds on the skylights in that bedroom and it was bright as day very early in the morning. Small amenities that one would expect in a penthouse were missing - no soap by any of the sinks, no paper towels or hand towel in the kitchen, no bedside tables, no hair dryer.
Espresso maker was never cleaned.

-dishwasher didn't work
-toilets didn't work well...
The location is very loud, lots of noise at night
2nd bedroom doesn't have blinds on the windows
Apartment is up 2 very steep flights of stairs, and stairs are narrow
Bedrooms are up another flight of steep, small stairs
Dishwaser was broken and moldy
Aprtment "looks" nice, but needs a lot of maintenance.
