  We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around.   The staff at this hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced. Considering this is a 4-star and not a 5-star, my friends and I were extremely impressed by their helpfulness and friendliness. One day during our stay the pool had to be closed for a few hours unexpectedly while it was treated with chemicals.   Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great.   The complimentary breakfast was superb. The lobby looked magnificent, and the price was excellent for the quality of the service and for the quality of the room.   The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.
