This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc.. -
Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place.

This hotel is located four water-bus stops away from the main train station, and the owner provides customers with very clear instructions on how to reach the hotel. The rooms was clean and comfortable, and had good air condition, which is essential during the summer in Venice. Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.
